The community is not gated, but the closed garage door provides safe and direct access to the interior of the residence. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, airfrier, toaster, and coffee maker to taste our rich Puerto Rican coffee that we left for you. The kitchen also has utensils, dishes, saucepans, wine glasses, and others. One of the bathrooms has chair accessibility, sink and toilet in the area of the 2 bedrooms and the other has access to the master bedroom and through the pool area. It the second bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. And the Master's room has a king bed and a new bunk bed full/twin, dresser, TV with Netflix and it have a direct access to the the parking and the pool. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, and the third bedroom has a double bed. Both have closets with hangers and night tables.
The house has a spacious living room with TV and Netflix, dining room inside for 4 guest, and dinning table outside for 6. The pool area has a fence around it, the space is perfect for BBQ day, and has a shower to bathe before using the pool. There are no lifeguards, for this reason, it is forbidden to run in the area or to make head dives in the pool. Parents should not leave their children unattended at any time. The house is a very private and safe space and has Cameras outside the property and Security Alarms for total tranquility for the visitor and own security. Cameras are recorded in the pool area and in the entrance. The House and the pool is private and exclusive for the use of the guest. No visit are allow. We are looking forward to your visit.

- "This place is amazing. The view of the ocean the moment you enter the property seems like it's from a magazine. Making your way down to the house you'll get an idea of how big the property is - full tennis court, massive front and back yards (morning sun hits the front yard really well), a nice pool, and probably the best feature is the covered outdoor bbq area. We spent most of our time out here. it has dual grills with everything you need, outdoor ice box, hammock, and plenty of seating, including a small swing. There is even a nice outhouse bathroom in case you don't want to go inside, which we didn't. The inside of the house is great too - updated kitchen with everything you need, nice rooms (huge master bedroom), nice bathrooms with great shower pressure. Overall our expectations were exceeded in almost every aspect. Thank you for a fantastic stay."

This beautiful & cozy home is in an excellent location in Vega Baja just steps away from the beach & many local restaurants which we could walk to, although a car is necessary for the 40 minute drive from the San Juan airport & to get to other parts of the island, which I highly recommend. Aguasala is very well kept, immaculately clean, decorated with a lovely beach décor which is so welcoming and cozy. The beds & pillows were so comfortable & sheets very soft; bath has shower only-no tub. Open and airy porch to relax in the hammock & a great covered outdoor space with a top notch grill, dining table & chairs we frequently utilized & very cozy while still maintaining privacy with a fully fenced yard & 2 parking spaces for your car(s). There are local eateries & food trucks nearby with a variety of outstanding quality food. In addition, you'll have the feasibility of visiting other beaches that are a short driving distance. In the mornings, you can walk to Cibuco with its stunning scenery & calming sea sound; in the evenings, the sunsets from the Malecón were breathtaking.
