The location cannot be beat! Upon entering from the second floor of the building, you’ll be greeted with views of the canal from the front balcony. The downstairs is equipped with a spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, storage space from numerous cabinets and closets, and a full bathroom. Wander up to the second floor to find both generous-sized bedrooms and a newly renovated full bathroom. There are two assigned spots in the building's parking lot, as well as a town of Fenwick parking pass should you decide to make the short drive to the beach. There is limited storage in a locked container on the ground level at the bottom of the stairs to stash your beach chairs and toys.

Fenwick Island Time is one of the largest oceanside retreats for rent on the Eastern shore of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia or New Jersey. A huge, professionally decorated, luxurious retreat with multiple family rooms that is located oceanside in the heart of Fenwick Island.

Built in 2009 by Delaware's premier builder Zonko Builders, this enormous ocean-block retreat has 3 individual suites in one huge 6,300 square foot house.

This house is immaculately clean and very well maintained.

Each suite includes a gas fireplace, hardwood flooring, multiple porches & decks and the use of a private, 12 person, 900 gallon hot tub with 47 jets that is serviced weekly. Once you park your car, you can literally walk everywhere.

The top floor suite has 5 bedrooms, a huge great room with kitchen, a large screened in porch, sunroom, a rooftop deck with ocean views and sleeps 12 people. The two first floor suites each have three bedrooms, a great room and a kitchen, 2 full baths and sleep 8 people each. There is a pool table with ping pong top. In addition, we have an elevator which can be used to transport luggage and groceries to the 1st and 2nd floor. Fenwick Island Time has bright, open rooms with cheerful fun beach décor and plenty of places to hang out. There is also an outdoor shower and ground level/outdoor restroom which makes it easy if you have to go to the bathroom while on the beach without having to enter the house.

The Fenwick guarded beach is a two-minute walk from our house (without having to cross Coastal Highway). It is amazingly less crowded and quiet compared to the beaches in Ocean City, Bethany Beach and Rehoboth - typically Fenwick's beach has 70% less people than those beaches. It will remind you of your own private beach.

Located oceanside in the heart of Fenwick Island just a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, mini golf, go-carts and water slides. Perfect for multiple families traveling together, large family gatherings, reunions and corporate retreats. Island Time also has free high speed internet and wi-fi for our guests.

In addition, Island Time is only 18 miles to the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach. It's a fun way to spend a day if the weather isn't cooperating.

Two companies in the Fenwick area, Delmarva Sport Adventures and Coastal Kayak, offer Eco kayak tours as well as lessons to surf the waves in a kayak.

A 20 minute ride from our home takes you to Rehoboth Beach. The town is much larger than Bethany and Fenwick and boasts many shopping and dining options, a three mile boardwalk and an amusement park. There are also fabulous sales tax-free outlet shopping at 140 Outlet stores.

In minutes you can get to Ocean City with a long boardwalk with a large amusement park (including a fun roller coaster) and many more restaurants, bars and shops.

A 10 minute ride takes you to the Freeman stage for top talent entertainment. A walk across the street takes you to the DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum which houses artifacts from sunken ships in the area. If you are lucky, they will bring out a 50 pound gold "necklace" found in a sunken Spanish ship.

You can also visit Lewes, smaller than Rehoboth but very quaint.

Lastly, Jolly Roger Amusement park on 30th Street (7 miles from our place) in Ocean City has a huge water park with tons of water slides, wave pools and even a water roller coaster that kids will love.

You can take a fishing charter out at the Indian River marina for a half or full day. And a 5-minute ride takes you across the bay where you can rent a boat or jet skis.

There are numerous world-class golf courses within a 5-30 minute drive from our place. Some are Bayside, Baywood Greens, Bear Trap Dunes, Lighthouse Sound, Rum Pointe (our personal favorite), War Admiral & Man O'War at GlenRiddle, Cripple Creek Golf, CC Dagsboro, Kings Creek, Old Landing Golf Course Rehoboth Beach and Rehoboth CC.

Lovely completely updated and exceptionally clean smoke-free and pet-free one bedroom and one & half bath direct oceanfront condo (#110) with 20' private balcony (not facing others as in the mega complexes of Sea Colony, etc).

NOTE: 6 night minimum stay required between mid June and mid August.

Our condo underwent a major remodel to expand the living area and add the convenience of a powder room (along with washer/dryer, features not found in all units in this building). It is furnished in an attractive coastal decor---especially bright and airy because of the remodel with the soothing sound of the surf throughout!

New for the summer of 2015 was the total renovation of the bathroom. Prior to that, a new kitchen was installed---including fresh white cabinetry, beautiful quartz countertops and all new appliances.

The bedroom contains a queen size bed, the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with newer replacement mattress, and there are flat screen tvs/dvd players in both rooms. Free wireless internet and upgraded cable is provided for your convenience.

The condo (Unit #110) is well located away from the noise and foot traffic of the common areas in mid-sized Fenwick Towers Condominiums on the first floor (one floor up from ground)---literally nestled in the dunes mere steps to the beach or our sparkling outdoor pool! (Please note---there is clear and direct view of ocean from this unit, however view of the beach is obstructed by the shrubs anchoring the dunes---our building is wonderfully situated that close to the surf!)

Ideally located in Fenwick Island on a prime stretch of wonderful uncrowded beach (no direct access to the public!) just below South Bethany and only minutes north of Ocean City, MD---a simply unbeatable location away from the crowds while still affording you easy access to all of the great dining, shopping (only 20 minutes from the Tanger Outlets!), boardwalks, watersports, golf, and more that this terrific area has to offer.

The onsite office has Rollaway beds, Pac 'N Plays, Little Beds, High Chairs, Beach Umbrellas and Beach Chairs available for rent on a first come first served basis and may also be reserved while you make a reservation for this condo.

- "Nice place to stay right on the beach. If we could change one thing, it would be the A/C vent right over the kitchen counter. It blows cold air directly on the counter instantly cooling everything on the counter with no way to redirect the air flow. Not what you want when preparing a hot meal. Other than that, the place is great!" - "Great place for a small family! We had a great stay! The unit is small but clean. The fold out couch worked perfect for my 4 and 6 year old to sleep on while we slept in the main bed. The main bed could use a new mattress. Everything you need for the kitchen is available (cooking, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine). We loved the quick access to the beach, the showers and hoses when you come off the beach for the day are also great! I was careful to find a unit that was on the first level as the taller buildings with balconies make me nervous with small kids. You could see the water from the balcony but not the beach which was fine because we wanted to be in n a lower level. The main bathroom and shower are quite small for an adult but the water pressure in the shower was great! There is an additional bathroom with just a sink and toilet which was helpful with the kids. The beach was not very crowded which was nice for the family. We also enjoyed having the washer and dryer within the unit to do laundry as needed. There is also a snowball truck that comes everyday at 1pm and announces to both the beach and the pool which the kids loved! Would definitely stay again."

Well stocked would love to stay here again sometime." - "The property is about 100 yards to the entrance of the beach. While not on the beach fiery thing in the morning you can hear the surf. We were a family of 8 with two grandchildren, 6 and 9. The bunk beds and their very own TV was a big hit. House was clean, well equipped, and everything in good condition. However, trash from 8 people taxes the one recycle can and two standard round trash cans. Be prepared to either bring your linens or rent them. Linens were delivered to the front porch in two large casket like containers."

Two large oceanfront decks -- an ocean facing primary bedroom -- kitchen, dining, and living room facing the ocean -- a large family room with TV -- a bright and light-filled living room with a gas fireplace and the smooshiest couches you have ever had the pleasure of sinking into.

We have four bedrooms. One “primary” on the second level faces oceanfront, and features a seating area, flat screen TV, luxurious (recently renovated) shower, soaking tub, dressing area. A second “primary” on the main level is also en suite and opens to an enclosed deck with a comfortable seating and chairs. Two additional upstairs bedrooms include two sets of bunk beds each -- one has a queen bed, and other has two additional twins in addition to the bunks.

Our home is perfect for a multi-family or multi-generational get together, with the perfect combination of shared and private spaces, and the bunk bed sleeping featured in two of the upstairs bedrooms.

A covered deck/porch faces Bunting Avenue. It has a picnic table, and Adirondack chairs. It's a great place to sit and watch the world go by as your neighbors stroll, jog, and bike on Bunting Avenue. Also a great place to read a book, eat lunch, or enjoy a family crab feast.

- "My husband, sister, and nephew spent four nights/five days here over Labor Day Weekend. We loved how close we were to everything we wanted to do yet we enjoyed the quiet the condo provided. There were a few cosmetic issues here and there - it is not a newly renovated space - but it was very clean and exceedingly well-stocked for a long weekend. The dryer did take a little long, but this was a mild inconvenience compared to the many positives about our stay. My husband and nephew loved being so close to the laser tag and arcades while my sister and I enjoyed playing cards on the screened in porch. So many restaurants and activities all within walking distance! Jimmy’s Kitchen was great for breakfast! Lovely beach on the other side of the highway with option for umbrella and chair rentals, and porta-potties close by. We also kayaked in the bay with Coastal Kayaks, just up the road. We did not try out the pool, but extra benefit and nice to have the option. Living room furniture was attractive but worn and soft. Could be difficult for older guests to get up and out of. Mattresses were soft for me, but everyone has their own preferences. We didn’t cook in the condo, but it seemed to have everything needed to do so. Just enough room for two. You could sleep 4, but may feel cramped or crowded with 4 adults. I like my space! Thank you! We had a great long weekend!"

- "Newly renovated and comfortable. Only four units and not a lot of traffic makes for an incredibly relaxing stay. The beach was never crowded and only a very short walk. We did have to clean and run the sweeper when we arrived. Unfortunately this seems to be a problem with cleaning companies throughout the area. We've encountered this problem at different close by properties through other management companies. Worth the cost for the quiet building and proximity to the beach. Definitely plan to book again!"

Charming, updated cottage. Wifi and space to work. Located between Bethany Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD, Fenwick is known as 'The Quiet Resort.' Two blocks to the beach. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple or small family. Sitting on a lovely, quiet block, between the ocean and the bay, the cottage is a quick walk to fine dining, pubs and shopping. The cottage comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella, an outdoor shower, and a beach parking pass.

The space
No long term or seasonal rentals. Hall Cottage is 2 1/2 hours from both Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD. It is located between Ocean City, MD and Bethany Beach, DE. It is known as the 'Quiet Resort.' Bike riding and walking is a favorite pastime in Fenwick!

Other things to note
Be careful about parking in Fenwick. Police are vigilant and ticket aggressively.

When turning the tub/shower on off you may have to find the ‘sweet spot’ in order to turn it off.

The ice machine in the refrigerator is unable to be hooked up. There are ice trays, but you may want to buy a bag of ice.

Please know that Hall Cottage is one of the original cottages built in Fenwick Island in the early 1950s. The cottage retains its original knotty pine paneling throughout the living and kitchen areas. The cottage has been updated with new flooring in the kitchen, bath and side porch. There is a new microwave, toaster oven and Keurig in the kitchen. The living room couch is new as well as the chairs. I am continuing to update and maintain the cottage. The roof was recently replaced, as was the toilet and the faucet in the bathroom. The cottage is thoroughly cleaned after each guest leaves. In the fall, after the season, the cottage carpet is cleaned and the cottage is thoroughly deep cleaned.

Please keep in mind that this is a family home, with many wonderful memories created here. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family has.

Other things to note
Sea Dunes guest suite has a maximum one dog policy due to the size of the room and upkeep. *Two small dogs considered on a case by case basis, please message me.

Only well behaved and potty trained dogs are welcome. Any destruction that occurs, please let me know. Honor system. We can have a discussion.

Lost Colony 335 is on the quiet end of North Ocean City just a block from the Fenwick Island Light House. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 3rd-floor walkup condo is located on the West end and has extra windows for extra light and air. It is also located directly over the pool that is below.
The living room is furnished with two sofas and a television. The larger sofa doubles as a queen-size sleeper for extra guests. A small dining table with 4 chairs is next to the breakfast bar that sits 2 people, which is next to the fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, television, and a private full-size bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a full-size bathroom located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people.
Unit 335 Lost Colony has the following amenities: central air/heat, three Smart TVs with streaming services only, free WiFi, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, a traditional coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, stove, disposal, and a dishwasher. House Rules....

1. Guests agree to abide to this listing of house rules, or risk the loss of their security deposit, and possible eviction from the premises, and loss of refund if law enforcement is called at any-time to enforce town laws. Please read rental agreement provided on website and on premises.
2. Observe all local laws and ordinances regarding rental properties. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to know and be aware of these laws before entering the home.
3. No smoking in the home.
4. No pets inside the home.
5. Home kept in good condition and clean.
6. Trash disposed of for trash removal twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays, cans moved to the curb, and returned to the side of the garage. Trash men come early on those days. If there is any trash upon exiting, please have full trash cans moved to the curb for trash pickup before leaving.
7. Kitchenware is provided but if used, all dirty dishes must be washed and returned to its original location.
8. No food or drink left in the refrigerator upon exiting the home.
9. All doors and windows need to be locked, the gate closed, and thermostat adjusted to 72 degrees upon exiting the residence.
Excessive cleaning issues, structural damage to the home, damages to the premises, its grounds or any stolen items from the home will result in the loss of your security deposit. We ask to please respect the home as if it was your own because it is a family residence after all.

Seaside Villas is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath townhouse in Fenwick Island Delaware. Seaside Villas is a small ocean side community of 22 townhouses located just south of Bethany Beach and north of Fenwick Island State Park. The townhouse is about 75 yards to the beach. The townhouse has unobstructed views of the ocean from two decks. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean while relaxing on the king bed in the master suite.

The space
A Linen (Bedding and towels) package is included. As customary to the mid-Atlantic beach communities, the bed linens are delivered, but the renters will need to make their own beds. You can choose to bring your own linens with a reduction in price of $80.
During the summer season, June-August, there is a 7-night minimum with a Sunday checkin and Checkout day.
