Fenwick Island Time is one of the largest oceanside retreats for rent on the Eastern shore of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia or New Jersey. A huge, professionally decorated, luxurious retreat with multiple family rooms that is located oceanside in the heart of Fenwick Island.

Built in 2009 by Delaware's premier builder Zonko Builders, this enormous ocean-block retreat has 3 individual suites in one huge 6,300 square foot house.

This house is immaculately clean and very well maintained.

Each suite includes a gas fireplace, hardwood flooring, multiple porches & decks and the use of a private, 12 person, 900 gallon hot tub with 47 jets that is serviced weekly. Once you park your car, you can literally walk everywhere.

The top floor suite has 5 bedrooms, a huge great room with kitchen, a large screened in porch, sunroom, a rooftop deck with ocean views and sleeps 12 people. The two first floor suites each have three bedrooms, a great room and a kitchen, 2 full baths and sleep 8 people each. There is a pool table with ping pong top. In addition, we have an elevator which can be used to transport luggage and groceries to the 1st and 2nd floor. Fenwick Island Time has bright, open rooms with cheerful fun beach décor and plenty of places to hang out. There is also an outdoor shower and ground level/outdoor restroom which makes it easy if you have to go to the bathroom while on the beach without having to enter the house.

The Fenwick guarded beach is a two-minute walk from our house (without having to cross Coastal Highway). It is amazingly less crowded and quiet compared to the beaches in Ocean City, Bethany Beach and Rehoboth - typically Fenwick's beach has 70% less people than those beaches. It will remind you of your own private beach.

Located oceanside in the heart of Fenwick Island just a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, mini golf, go-carts and water slides. Perfect for multiple families traveling together, large family gatherings, reunions and corporate retreats. Island Time also has free high speed internet and wi-fi for our guests.

In addition, Island Time is only 18 miles to the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach. The Tanger Outlets feature over 140 stores including Under Armour, Tommy Bahama, Lululemon, Nike & Banana Republic as well as tax-free Delaware shopping to make a great deal even better. It's a fun way to spend a day if the weather isn't cooperating.

Two companies in the Fenwick area, Delmarva Sport Adventures and Coastal Kayak, offer Eco kayak tours as well as lessons to surf the waves in a kayak.

A 20 minute ride from our home takes you to Rehoboth Beach. The town is much larger than Bethany and Fenwick and boasts many shopping and dining options, a three mile boardwalk and an amusement park. There are also fabulous sales tax-free outlet shopping at 140 Outlet stores.

In minutes you can get to Ocean City with a long boardwalk with a large amusement park (including a fun roller coaster) and many more restaurants, bars and shops.

A 10 minute ride takes you to the Freeman stage for top talent entertainment. A walk across the street takes you to the DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum which houses artifacts from sunken ships in the area. If you are lucky, they will bring out a 50 pound gold "necklace" found in a sunken Spanish ship.

You can also visit Lewes, smaller than Rehoboth but very quaint.

Lastly, Jolly Roger Amusement park on 30th Street (7 miles from our place) in Ocean City has a huge water park with tons of water slides, wave pools and even a water roller coaster that kids will love.

You can take a fishing charter out at the Indian River marina for a half or full day. And a 5-minute ride takes you across the bay where you can rent a boat or jet skis.

There are numerous world-class golf courses within a 5-30 minute drive from our place. Some are Bayside, Baywood Greens, Bear Trap Dunes, Lighthouse Sound, Rum Pointe (our personal favorite), War Admiral & Man O'War at GlenRiddle, Cripple Creek Golf, CC Dagsboro, Kings Creek, Old Landing Golf Course Rehoboth Beach and Rehoboth CC.

Welcome to Oceanmist, the new custom canal waterfront home located at 2 W Atlantic Street in Fenwick Island, Delaware! This home features a spacious open floor plan with 9' ceilings through out with 5 bedrooms each having their own private bathroom. When you enter this unique house you will find the perfect spot to drop your beach bag & flip flops at the built in mudroom. Downstairs showcases a designer kitchen that is open to a large family room with a beautiful fireplace as the centerpiece! From here you can step out to enjoy the heated salt water pool with spacious decks all around. When entering back into the house you will find a wet bar complete with a built in wine cooler and ice maker making a day spent at the pool or beach much easier! There are 2 bedrooms downstairs each with its own ensuite bathroom and a full laundry room can be found down the hall.

Once upstairs the first thing you see is a large game room offering a separate space for the children to hang out while playing games and/or watching tv! LOCATION: Situated on Fenwick Island Beach, you are a quick walk to downtown or our quiet beach. Spend a day downtown Ocean City, MD, or Bethany Beach, DE, only a few miles away from this home. Walk downtown for a fun game of miniature golf or enjoy the water park (all within walking distance).
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. four to six cars.

THINGS TO KNOW: This home rents Saturday to Saturday in the summer months. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package to guests. The house sits on stilts, and steps are required to access the house. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. - "The place was absolutely lovely, clean all the furniture was in decent shape. The beds were comfortable. Well stocked would love to stay here again sometime." - "The property is about 100 yards to the entrance of the beach. While not on the beach fiery thing in the morning you can hear the surf. We were a family of 8 with two grandchildren, 6 and 9. The bunk beds and their very own TV was a big hit. House was clean, well equipped, and everything in good condition. However, trash from 8 people taxes the one recycle can and two standard round trash cans. Be prepared to either bring your linens or rent them. Linens were delivered to the front porch in two large casket like containers."

Picture your family vacation in our luxury beach house located directly oceanfront in the charming coastal town of Fenwick Island: We are located between Bethany Beach and Ocean City MD. With our in-town location, you can park your car and walk everywhere.

Two large oceanfront decks -- an ocean facing primary bedroom -- kitchen, dining, and living room facing the ocean -- a large family room with TV -- a bright and light-filled living room with a gas fireplace and the smooshiest couches you have ever had the pleasure of sinking into.

We have four bedrooms. One “primary” on the second level faces oceanfront, and features a seating area, flat screen TV, luxurious (recently renovated) shower, soaking tub, dressing area. A second “primary” on the main level is also en suite and opens to an enclosed deck with a comfortable seating and chairs. Two additional upstairs bedrooms include two sets of bunk beds each -- one has a queen bed, and other has two additional twins in addition to the bunks.

Our home is perfect for a multi-family or multi-generational get together, with the perfect combination of shared and private spaces, and the bunk bed sleeping featured in two of the upstairs bedrooms.

A covered deck/porch faces Bunting Avenue. It has a picnic table, and Adirondack chairs. It's a great place to sit and watch the world go by as your neighbors stroll, jog, and bike on Bunting Avenue. Also a great place to read a book, eat lunch, or enjoy a family crab feast.

Amenties and conveniences include: plenty of enclosed parking, two "under-house" and outside shower/dressing areas, bright and cheerful laundry room, WI-FI, cable, and multiple televisions. Oceanfront deck with Adirondack chairs and a second oceanfront sun deck on the upper level. Views!

Park your car if you like and walk to some of the best restaurants the Delmarva area has to offer -- Nantucket's, Our Harvest, One Coastal, Matt’s Fish Camp, Fenwick Crab House and Matteo's Salsa Loca are just a few selections. High Tide and RoFo are great spots to pick up a morning coffee. Walk a block or two for happy hours and dinner. (Don’t miss oyster happy hour at Matt’s Fish Camp!) Or spend your evening relaxing on our oceanfront deck.

Fenwick Island has a family-sized bayside boardwalk, mini golf, a community playground, and plenty to keep you busy -- don't forget to stop at Sea Shell City, Fisher's Popcorn, the Seaside Country Store, Eclectic, Pottery Place, and more! Walk over to Indigo Octopus to shop for ladies fashion, and to Atlantic Shoals and the Fenwick Island Surf Shop. The boardwalk attractions of Ocean City MD, Bethany Beach and Rehoboth are a short drive away.

Two private and fully-enclosed shower/dressing rooms are located underneath the main house, perfect for when the gang all comes back from the beach at once and needs to de-sand.

Personal touch: You will pick up your key at the office of our property manager, who is located a two blocks from our house. John Kleinstuber and his family have been living and doing business in Fenwick Island for over 30 years. They will greet you, check you in, and be available to you for any needs that might arise during your stay with us.

Welcome to the "Gray Oyster Club"! Perfectly located in the heart of Fenwick Island, just a 10 minute walk to the beach, your family will enjoy beautiful views of Little Assawoman Bay from the new expansive decks and outdoor space where you can grill, dine out and pass the hours watching sunsets, sunrises and enjoying the drinks of your preference! Kayak using the three one person kayaks and life jackets. Walk to the beach using the beach chairs provided, the water park, mini golf, ice cream, boutique shopping and everything Fenwick Island has to offer including amazing restaurants like Matt’s Fish Camp, Nantuckets, One Coastal and more.



This home features amazing outdoor space, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a new king, two double beds and two twins and 2 full baths. Please bring your own linens and towels. We provide pillows and blankets. We recommend Gale Force rentals in Ocean View if you prefer to rent them. Gale Force delivers and picks up. On the ground floor there is plenty of room for the kids to spread out and watch TV or play games and there is another half bath. The garages are for owner storage. One Fenwick Island parking pass is provided for your convenience in town.



The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for 8 people including a drip coffee machine, and there is parking for 4 cars and an outdoor shower. There are 3 smart TVs (internet only) in the living room master bedroom, and lower level family room. Paper starters, shampoo, hair dryers, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.



There is an 18’ to 20 ‘ long step down pier along the canal bulkhead available for accommodating an appropriate sized vessel. Owners advise a maximum length of 24 feet. Boat owners must supply their own tie up lines and bumpers. The step down pier is in usable but only fair condition and extra caution must be used by everyone and anyone using this area. Boat owners assume all responsibility for the safety of themselves, their family members, and guests as well as their boat, while using the bulkhead / pier area.

- "I've stayed in Fenwick for years with family and this place was lovely. The sunsets were beautful and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. You could certainly have room for a couple more kids to stay downstairs. The house was well equipped, although it could have used a big pot for corn etc and maybe an updated on cooking pots and pans in general- not anything important. Everything else worked great, well appointed and even chairs to borrow and kayaks to use. Would highly recommend!"

The dining room provides seating for 11 plus both a restaurant style high chair for toddlers and a reclining high chair for infants. - "Where do I start?? Everything about The Cottage on Glenn is perfect for a summer getaway to the Delaware shores. The cottage's location is tucked into a great neighborhood right on the bay and only a short (6 minutes) walk to the beach and easy walks or drives to restaurants, bars and stores. You can watch the sun come up from the back deck on the water and the sun set from the porch swing on the front deck with a cocktail! The house itself is perfect for both couples or families. Large, bright fully stocked kitchen and large dining area that blends into the living area. We used bedrooms on both floors and each stayed cool from the central air, window units (upstairs) and ceiling fans in every room. You might not even need them if you open the sliders on the back and front porches, the breeze literally flows through the house. You won't find a rental with more amenities and equipment for a true beach vacation. Multiple bikes, dozens of beach chairs, games, towels, beach toys, wagons, umbrellas, sun tents, fishing poles, and the list goes on and on. Kim has this house set up especially well for families. We stayed at the Cottage with our 2 year old and Kim made sure we had games, toys, a toddler bike, and even beach accessories for our daughter, not to mention providing a portable pack and play plus mattress and linens for us so we didn't have to travel with them. The house is clean, welcoming and perfect for any time spent in Fenwick - it's a must rental!! Trust me!"
