The house is located on a plot of 1 000 m2. The plot has a large garden, swimming pool, parking area, barbecue, pin-pong and wood, a shed storage room, a cabin, etc.
The interior is simple, but very pleasant. It takes about 10min to Santa Pola. Here you will find many beautiful beaches, shops, fish markets and markets. There is a gas station 3min away where they have some merchandise. It takes about 5min to the nearest grocery store in the village of Las Bayas. In Las Bayas you find a pharmacy, butcher and many other small shops. It takes about 12min to a mall or larger grocery stores. These time estimates are by car. You can cycle to the local village of Las Bayas in about 15min.

Nearest town Elche is on UNESCO's World Heritage List because of the palm trees. Elche has more than 2,000 different palm species. From the house, there is also only 5min drive to Rio Safari Elche which is a zoo. The zoo has a sea lion show and parrot show. You can also swim with the sea lions there. 10min from the house is also the Restaurant La Finca. La Finca has 2 Michelin stars and has wonderful and exciting food. There are several restaurants in Santa Pola. It also boasts more snack foods such as McDonald's and Chinese food.

The house has air conditioning, but also fans in all sleeping areas. Multiple windows of the house open for ventilation and there are mosquito nets on them. The property also has a garage where any car can be safe and cool.

In front of the living area there is a smal terrace, with tables and chairs and amazing views to the sea and the pool area. The terraces around the pool invite you to sunbathe, relax and enjoy the magnificent views over the Marjal de Pego to the sea. The villa and the terraces are fully furnished and equipped; air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, internet wifi, TV-sat with international channels, washing machine, dishwasher and, for the winter, fireplace and electric radiators. At the entrance of the plot there is a barbecue and table with chairs, as well as 2 private parking spaces.

The house has surveillance cameras installed to monitor the entrance gate and the swimming pool. 
The quiet location of the villa at the Urbanizacion Monte Pego, which has its own small infrastructure with several restaurants and tennis courts, is 8 km from the sandy beaches and the old town of Pego which provides several supermarkets, restaurants, and its attractive weekly market. About 10 km away is the large shopping center "El Portal de la Marina '' where you will find all your needs. The charming Dénia region which has a lot to offer is only 15 km away: great restaurants, bars, wide range of leisure activities, marina, fishing port, interesting historic center, quaint open air and covered markets, and a bustling nightlife. For those interested in golfing: 2 golf courses, Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf Resort, are 12-18 km away from the villa.

Endless sandy beaches and a gorgeous mountain landscapes, places for excursions at any time of the year. Denia offers a very complete infrastructure and a huge offer of recreational activities, an amazing marina, a fishing port and market, an impressive old town with beautiful shops and restaurants, and a large number of excellent Restaurants - Denia has been nominated by the UNESCO as creative City of gastronomy! - and, last but not least, a diversified night live.
