No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. The house is built into the mountain itself and so keeps beautifully cool in summer, and nicely warm in winter. his very spacious fully fitted Villa is ideal for large groups and family reunions. The garden boasts a large pool and sun area with bar, bbq and outdoor jacuzzi. Situated in a private residential area about 5 km outside of Benidorm with easy and economic taxi access to the city nightlife and beaches.

The first floor has a large salon-diner with terraces and views over the sea and the mountains and a fully fitted kitchen. Full central heating and chimney hearth. There is no air conditioning in the salon-diner but good sea breezes due to elevation and large double doors opening on both sides. All bedrooms now have air conditioning.

- "Just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful casa. It has everything you could wish for and we wanted for nothing. So much space in the casa and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pool is incredible, the gardens spacious, quiet & safe surroundings. A perfect place to relax and unwind with family. The 45 min drive from Alicante airport was easy and stress free. The local beach, which really is only a 4 minute walk, is golden sand & the sea warm. The walk around the coast line is great for an early morning walk (me) or run (husband and daughter). The promenade links to another lovely beach, and another, and another! The only downside was the lack of a beach bar on the beach ( but think this was only temporary for this year) and limited eating places but that really didn’t bother us as we cooked on the bbq and enjoyed the tranquility of the outdoor area at the casa. But if you go treat yourself to meal at the Lobster Restaurant about a 25 minute walk along the coastline walkways- incredible food! There is a local supermarket which is easy walking distance which is really well stocked and the staff are so helpful and friendly- we only went to the larger supermarket once when we arrived. All in all just what we were hoping for for our family holiday!"

It's a 1 Million euros property but not a typical place where the owner rents its own place: the Villa got refurbished and each year, further improved to keep a high standard, and I make enhancements where my renters suggest to do so.

This Villa was designed with a real preparation and capacity for 12 + 4 = 16 including large sofa's and capability to sit, eat & enjoy together... and more smaller places to break out. We can add up to 4 cots and have bed-bumpers etc for the toddlers.

Each of the 5 Bedrooms have their private air conditioning, also in the living room and kitchen.

5 Bedrooms have the ability to either: separate the beds, or to move/tie the beds together as one bed: tell me the lay-out combination you want.
We can add separate beds in 3 bedrooms and have a cot and crib available as well as high chairs , potty, baby-bath, cups-n-plates, safety swimming vests, cots and bed bumpers for 4 babies/toddlers/infants.

The living room has a large sofa-bed with Good Quality sleeping and dark curtains to keep the light out.

The Terrace has under the sunroof a breakfast area for 10 and under the pergola next to the pool another eating area next to the stone BBQ for 20+ people. The living room has an inside dining area for 12 but you will use inside areas mostly during the winter time as it's outside mostly sunny and nice.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

The house is equipped with a 60 inch television, satellite receiver with Dutch Canal-Digital, wifi internet, TV+DVD. Denon Home Cinema. We also installed a British Satellite receiver which has the capability to see all 1000+ open British channels.

In the 5 Bathrooms and in several bedrooms there is a make-up mirror with a good quality hair dryer so that you don't need to bring your own.

Your reservation becomes confirmed upon payment of your refundable non-cancellable Security Deposit. Refund will happen after check-out & end-inspection upon settlement of any breakages, excessive cleaning where applicable, and usage of electricity and gas if any.

Tastefully decorated and recently refurbished to a high standard, the bungalow provides that home from home feeling so you can relax from the minute you arrive.

This immaculately clean bungalow consists of a master bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobes with plenty of hangers to store your holiday clothes and en-suite shower room.

The 2nd bedroom has full size twin beds, wardrobes and lots of storage. Separating the bedrooms is the family bathroom with large shower and high quality fittings.

Open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge have everything you may need in a holiday home.

The kitchen has all essential appliances including a washing machine, microwave & coffee machine. Lounge has a large comfy sofa , smart tv, sky eclipse and blue tooth speaker and various board games for all your home entertainment.
Our guests have the choice of relaxing on the large front terrace or sunbathing in privacy on comfy ratten sunloungers on our spacious rooftop solarium. Built in BBQ and full size dining table is provided for your comfort under the shaded pergola.
The bungalow is situated directly facing the communal gardens and large swimming pool that has a shallow area for smaller children. Sunshades are permanent features within the communal area to provide shade when required.

Casa Inés is a perfect holiday villa for all families and couples. It is situated in a prime elevated position and takes full advantage of the spectacular Seaviews and Moraira town and is still only 5 mins drive from Moraira town and beach. It has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge / dining room. A relaxing naya sun room that has doors opening out to a large balcony overlooking Seaviews and Moraira town. The property has recently been refurbished throughout and newly furnished.
The villa is detached with a south facing pool (sun all day!!) A remote controlled gate accesses the property with plenty of space for secure parking. The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with palm trees. The pool is kidney shaped with an outside shower. The terrace overlooking and surrounding the pool provides high quality sun beds plus a nearby table with 6 chairs under a covered outside naya suitable for meals during the day including BBQ. There are shaded areas around the property if you need to take a break from the sun. Towards the end of the day when all the other villas are going into the shade, Casa Inés is still enjoying the sunshine into the evening, so you get full use of the pool all day!

The main living area is on the first floor of the villa with 2 bedrooms both equipped with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom is located opposite the bedrooms with a large basin and a walk in shower. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric oven and induction hob, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a filtered drinking tap and all the cooking utensils you will need on holiday.

The lounge dining room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. In the lounge area there is plenty of seating and foot bean bags. There is LCD TV with Spanish tv and Freesat UK channels (BBC, ITV, C4…and many more) and a Blu-ray player with a selection of DVD’s available for you to enjoy. Full fibre broadband with speeds up to 1Gb. In the dining area there is a large table with 6 chairs.

An external staircase leads you to the third bedroom located on the ground floor which has a double bed with air conditioning and en-suite that has a walk in shower.

The villa has full central heating for use through the winter months when it can get a bit chilly in the evening.
A Utility room is available with the use of a washing machine and there is also an outside rotary washing line available.

A local bar and restaurant is within walking distance of the villa for the nights you don't want to drive and there is a host of sporting activities in the area including jet skiing, boat trips, kayaking, cycling and a golf course with tennis courts and restaurant that is only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Spa treatments are also available at a nearby hotel, just 400 yards from the villa.

There are NO additional mandatory fees for air con and WiFi. All linen, towels and beach towels are INCLUDED. We will be as accommodating as possible to meet your requirements on change over days. Also we will endeavour to supply any special requirements, such as travel cot/high chair and bed guards for young children, on request.

I bought this villa for myself to live in while I am not renting it out: The villa is at possibly one of the best locations at the golden mile of Albir. It has impressive views, better than the photos, and during the evening when things quiet down we can even hear the sea. At the same time, it's not only just about seeing the sea, the villa is integrated with the village with a nice public petanque parque opposite the villa, and the road surrounding the villa leads with a 200 metres walk to the entrance of the national natural park.

Our holiday home Casa Elan is located in the quiet and preferred villa district of Marquesa II on the slopes of the Montgo in Denia on the Costa Blanca.
On a completely fenced, sunny and barely visible plot of almost 800 m² with a wonderful sea view, a completely renovated villa in the typical Spanish, cosy architectural style with upscale furnishings awaits you.
With only a few steps, Villa Casa Elan is almost at ground level despite its hillside location and is therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The approx. 115 m² of living space is divided into a spacious living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a conservatory, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa is equipped with a total of four hot/cold air conditioning units and also has a gas fireplace, which provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings or in the winter months in addition to central gas heating.

Free WLAN is included in the offer. And of course the corresponding 300 MBit/s internet connection.

All windows have fly screens and electric shutters for your convenience. There are also fly-screen doors to the patio and conservatory.

The living room offers comfortable, light-coloured leather sofas with relax function and a new flat screen TV. A SONOS Beam provides the right sound, whether for the TV, the Blu-Ray player or for your music stream.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms ensures pleasant temperatures and built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space. One bedroom was equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80m * 2m) in 2023, it has another flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.9 m / 2 m each), which can be pushed together to form another double bed as required. A 1.5 m / 2 m queen-size bed in the third bedroom completes the sleeping arrangements for six people. Another bathroom has a shower.

From the living room, a fully glazed conservatory with fantastic views over the town and the sea, furnished with a rattan seating area, leads to the pool terrace with comfortable sun loungers. The private, well-kept kidney-shaped swimming pool is very large at 5 x 10 metres and can be safely accessed via a Roman staircase with railings. There is also an outdoor shower for refreshment in between. The pool terrace was extended in 2022 and a Hotspring Jetsetter LX whirlpool provides additional relaxation.

If you like the sun, the approx. 35 m2 sun terrace on the garage roof, which can be reached via a staircase, is just right for you. There is a large, custom-built outdoor barbecue and two seating areas in the inner courtyard, where cosy barbecue evenings are guaranteed. The secluded plot is located in a purely residential neighbourhood on a small road with little traffic and is overgrown with oleander hedges, flowering shrubs and palm trees. It is secured by an electric gate. Your car can be parked in the carport, which also has an electric gate. There is also enough space for another car. Should you feel the need to do your laundry in between, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. An ironing board and iron complete the facilities.

For your daily needs, there is a small centre about 700 m downhill with two restaurants and cafés, a small supermarket with fresh bread every day and a pharmacy. About one kilometre up the Montgo, you are already surrounded by beautiful nature and can enjoy undisturbed hiking or your sporting ambitions by bike.

You can book laundry packages if required. These cost €17.50 per person and include bed linen and 2 small and 2 large towels.
