It is 5 minutes drive to the beach and the airport, surrounded with paddy fields and coconut trees overlooking Macincang Mountain with welcoming sun rise and azure sun set. The guest house is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). You can laze yourself by sitting and sipping your favourite drink in the balcony while enjoying the quiet night atmosphere.
Hj Hassan guesthouse is a unit of accommodation and it is located in the village surrounded by paddy fields and coconut trees. The location is close to the beach and every evening the beach is visited by many people to enjoy a variety of food while watching the sunset from the guesthouse one can experience peaceful village atmosphere with birds chirping and making nests in coconut trees in the morning .There is also a buffalo farm nearby that will add excitement to your stay here.
Hj hassan guest house provides various facilites for our guest to enjoy. These include kitchenet for the homestay. We also provide refrigerator, microwave. Washing machine, iron and iron board. We even provide our guest with filtered drinking water. Internet facilities is available 24 hours. The lawn / surrounding is also quite spacious. We provide free car and motorbike parking lots. A Little Something to Note for Your Stay 🌿
• Being surrounded by forest means you might hear frogs, lizards, and other nature sounds, and occasionally see mosquitoes or small insects.
• To keep mosquitoes and insects from joining your stay, it’s best to keep doors closed from around 5 PM until late at night.
• A few adorable cats roam around, they’re part of the charm, but may not be ideal if you have allergies.
• At night, we keep things cozy with soft, romantic lighting (not bright spotlights). If you prefer more light, just switch on your room’s outside lamp.

The space
If it were not for the clock on the wall, time would not matter as you enjoy the warm sea breeze of Langkawi from the patio of a wooden home. We provide you the perfect space for that great escape from the hustle and bustle of the concrete jungle. All you need here is a good book, your swimsuit and your sunglasses.
This is an ideal way of enjoying a sunny Malaysian holiday as well as soaking in the Malay culture. Our home is situated strategically minutes away from the island's Chenang beach as well as other amenities.
The sea breeze makes it easy for you to simply do nothing from dawn to dusk. We encourage you to stay more than a night to truly enjoy your getaway.
Each chalet ideally accomodates two. We do not provide an extra bed. It is wonderfully ventilated with ceiling fans for your comfort but there is also air conditioning.
Initially we started with two chalets but thank you to overwhelming response from friends and relatives, and you our wonderful guests, we have built six new chalets. The new chalets are made up of three new buildings and there is an upstairs and downstairs unit. Upstairs and downstairs units are priced differently, according to the seasons. Each chalet is ideal for a couple.
Each chalet provides the perfect holiday ambience and a romantic setting. The greenery and serenity of Langkawi will surely engulf your senses and take you to different heights of pleasure.
You can enjoy a nice cuppa out on the balcony while enjoying the sea breeze and looking out on the horizon. There may even be opportunities for you to see a buffalo or two walking by!
Guest access
Guests have access to the pool for a dip when the sun gets too hot as well as internet access for those who came here to finish a book! We have recently added a little pool for the younger guests. There are also newly constructed highwalls around the pool grounds to give you privacy during your swim.
There is also a fridge and kettle in your room, shower and umbrellas incase it rains. We provide a washing machine for you to do your laundry too.
During your stay
A private area with minimal guests around. Our home is ideal for those who want to enjoy the sounds of nature.

We do not provide breakfast but we would be happy to arrange breakfast upon request. For other meals we would be more than happy to direct you to a cuisine of your choice.
