Bell service was immediately answered, and serviced rendered literally once you hang up your phone. Bedding comfort and cleanliness was immaculate. Only undesirable experience, was the ants attacked our food and kid’s milk. Staff did turn up to clean immediately, but there seems to be ant nest in the room, hence it attacked again. Staff were friendly and courteous. Kudos. Will definitely consider this for our next visit to Langkawi."

The rooms are very large and in a good condition, looks better than the photos. We loved our garden view and afternoon snoozes in our balcony. - "Lovely place to relax, super food and super attentive and friendly staff nothing too much trouble The rooms are lovely, they are literally up in the rainforest so there are steps to climb but you only need to ask a staff member and they will take you up in the car. The hotel has a farm inland and do a visit with the hotel chef to look around and prepare a meal, well worth it! " - "The place is awesome, they have 11 rooms but all of then are super good.
