Our property is SHA+ (Safety & Health Administration) certified. It means our place is an authourised property from Thai government and has received a Safety & Health Administration standard from Tourism Authority of Thailand to welcome all travellers.

Resort 's Rules

1. While staying in our resort, all, guests are not allowed to bring the outsider to nonregistered guests to the resort 's room or use any resort's facilities.
2. Due to we are a private resort so If the guests would like to invite someone to our resort the guests need to inform the reception in advance.
2. No party in the resort and all guests should not make any noise after 8 pm.
3. No food from outside of the resort are not allowed to have by the swimming pool.

Regarding to the booking, there are no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price and children and infants are welcome here always here.

During your stay our staffs could help you in many kinds of service such as

- Tour services (The staffs could book a tour or a ticket for you),
- Car, motorcycle and bicycle rental.
- Room service with a limited hour.
- Small conference room with a surcharges applied and request in advance.
- Laundry service.
- Money exchange (at resort).

*** Free beach shuttle to Ao Nang Beach and Nopparatthara beach is provided every 2 hours starting from 9 am to 7 pm.

Regarding to the room rate, child and extra guests policies are as following.

- All rates quoted on Airbnb are based on single and twin occupancy only.
- Third person or a non registered guest is charged baht 700/night and an existing day bed in the room will be converted to an extra bed after the payment is completely done upon arrival date.
- All room rates are room only rate (not including daily breakfast).
- Children 2 and under 2 years old will be charged for THB 250.00 per night if a baby cot is required and the payment should be done upon arrival date.
- Children from 3 to 17 years old will be charged for THB 700.00 per person, per night and an existing day bed in the room will be converted to an extra bed after the payment is completely done upon arrival date.
