As a host Prisca could not have been more helpful - communication before we arrived was great and she was available throughout our stay - even driving us down to the ski shop when we arrived so we could sort rentals asap. The chalet has been recently refurbished, was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It is in a very peaceful location with amazing views and the village with supermarkets, bars and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away - there are lots of little short cuts to be discovered rather than walking around the road. You can walk across the road and ski over a field to get to the lifts and pretty much ski back to the chalet. Thank you for having us - we would definitely return 😊"

If you plan to go for a full sella-ronda tour, I recommend to start early and take a taxi to Santa Cristina and start the tour in the Saslong lift. This will give you much better skiing experience."

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
