The house is situated in the most beautiful area of Selva, the views from both sides of the flat are incredible: from the dining-, living room and kitchen, you can see the Sasso Lungo, while from both double bedrooms ( one double bed french size 140 cm) you can admire the Puez and the Vallunga.
It is a wonderful private all-wood flat for 4 people. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms one with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer, a living room with TV, dining room, and kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, several kitchen tools, oven, microwave, refrigerator...).

- "We spent a lovely 8 days at Prisca’s chalet. As a host Prisca could not have been more helpful - communication before we arrived was great and she was available throughout our stay - even driving us down to the ski shop when we arrived so we could sort rentals asap. The chalet has been recently refurbished, was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It is in a very peaceful location with amazing views and the village with supermarkets, bars and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away - there are lots of little short cuts to be discovered rather than walking around the road. You can walk across the road and ski over a field to get to the lifts and pretty much ski back to the chalet. Thank you for having us - we would definitely return 😊"

exclusive 5 star family chalet in high quality with everything your heart desires! The Chalet-Villa Paruda was completed in summer 2016 after 15 months of construction and planning. It was furnished with a lot of old wood and, in addition to warm oak floors and soft, cozy fabrics and cozy blankets and pillows, has been lovingly furnished. The many glass windows and parapets for balconies and in the interior give the house a modern look, combined with smooth fabrics and a style that goes very well with the old wood to our mountain village of St. Ulrich in Val Gardena fits. Of course, our techno freaks are not neglected, our house offers every comfort! Wifi, 4 TVs, one with 55 inches in the living room and the other 3 with 42 inches in the bedrooms help to ensure that you can also see the world in your private chalet. For those who have to work a little while on vacation, there is a specially equipped office on the ground floor. The bathrooms upstairs in the sleeping area both have a background picture directly in the shower which ensures a pleasurable, unique shower experience! Wellness and relaxation are also very important to us, which is why our house has an infrared heat sauna with water vapor, an infrared heat bed and a whirlpool with Bluetooth sound. Private electric car charging station just for you!

If you plan to go for a full sella-ronda tour, I recommend to start early and take a taxi to Santa Cristina and start the tour in the Saslong lift. This will give you much better skiing experience."

The beautiful and finely furnished Paruda Mountainchalet is part of the “Stlarida” apartments in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei) and is a great starting point for exploring the South Tyrolean Alps. The 180 m² chalet extends across 2 storeys and consists of a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms with king-size beds as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable/satellite television, a games console, a washing machine and a dryer. A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request. The chalet guarantees pure relaxation, starting with the indoor sauna to relax after a long day in the outdoors. Afterwards, you can relax in the pool on your private open terrace on the first floor. This is a portable hot tub that is equipped with a bubbling rubber mat to create a Jacuzzi feeling. It is set up outside on the terrace when needed. Here you will be able to spend the evenings with tasty dinners from your barbecue while looking over the garden and enjoying the great mountain panorama. On the first floor, the balcony with a sunbed is perfect for morning coffees. This particular holiday rent, similar to a small chalet, stands out for it interesting modern design, a unique in Val Gardena, but still characterized by a predominant use of wood, as by local tradition.
It measures approximately 50 m² and is composed by a double room, a bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a complete kitchen with living room area.
The apartment boasts a wide private terrace featuring sun lays, where you will be able to relax under the Dolomites sun.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils cutlery and much more.

This chalet features a high-quality interior and an attractive exterior design.
The property is arranged on two floors, connected by a staircase.
The entrance is on the first floor, where there is a bright living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and Finnish sauna, and a south-facing balcony with a view of the Val Gardena Dolomites.
On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other a staggered bunk bed. There is also the master bathroom, equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. From the bedrooms there is access to the lovely south-facing garden, also with mountain views.

THE GARDEN. The green of our garden and the presence of fragrant plants that bloom between spring and summer, make our garden one of the most loved and appreciated by guests, young and old. ROOMS. The spacious, comfortable bedrooms are characterised by a unique atmosphere. The double rooms on the first floor are entirely panelled in original 20th century wood and are the perfect place to relax in complete silence. The rooms overlook a charming, south-facing balcony and making the spaces bright and atmospheric, allowing guests to wake up each morning with a unique view of the surrounding landscape.
LIVING ROOM. A large space, furnished in wood with a 1950s majolica dry stube, that is warm, welcoming and also functional. From the windows there is a spectacular view of the Sella and Sassolungo Group Dolomites, which will accompany you throughout your trip. You can easily reach the slopes by putting your skis on as soon as you leave the Chalet.
KITCHEN. The kitchen is the heart of the chalet. It spacious and well equipped for people who like to try their hand at being a chef for their friends and family, inspired by the many local culinary products. There is a marble table that sits 5 people and lots of typical, original Tyrolean objects and crockery. The attention to detail will make you feel completely immersed your new environment
GARDEN. The fragrant plants that bloom between spring and summer make our garden one of the most loved and appreciated places by guests, young and old. The garden surrounds the Chalet entirely and is for the exclusive use of guests. Immersed in the greenery of the private garden in summer, or in the snow in winter, the 40sqm terrace at the entrance, is the ideal place for children to play, have a drink or have a nice lunch outdoors
SKI ROOM. The wooden Ski Room, which is directly accessible from the Chalet, is a welcoming and spacious environment from which you can go directly to the nearest ski lifts with your skis on: Ciampinoi, Costabella and Dantercepies. Along with the location in the centre of Selva Gardena, this is a luxury that few facilities can offer.

The beautiful and finely furnished Paruda Mountainchalet is part of the “Stlarida” apartments in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei) and is a great starting point for exploring the South Tyrolean Alps. The 180 m² chalet extends across 2 storeys and consists of a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms with king-size beds as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people.
