In case of unavailability of the boats of our own fleet, if you wish, our Conciergerie JB Voyage has the possibility to offer you another boat available, either of the same brand and model or a boat of the same category thanks to its international partners: SamBoat, Sunsail and its local partners: RM Cruises and Calypso Cruises.

In the event that JB Voyage uses its Partners to find your happiness, in order to be able to pay our Partner to block the boat, we will make you a special offer that will have to be paid on Airbnb.

This will allow us not only to benefit from the AirCover guarantees of the platform and in addition, to exchange, live, legally.

Once the special offer is settled, the difference will be settled as soon as possible online and by bank transfer.

Thus on our side, upon receipt of your transfer of the balance, we will then be able to confirm the reservation with our Partner.
