- "We’ve had a wonderful stay at La Maison Fleurie. Location is very convenient, close to the beaches of Les Anses-d’Arlet, yet not too far from the market, shops and restaurants in Le Diamant. Unlike some of the places we rented in the past, everything in the house is in good working order. No problems with wiring. All lights, AC, electrical appliances – everything works. Photos don’t quite do the view from the terrace justice, as it is much more impressive in reality. With the exception of some shrubbery on the south side, there is nothing obstructing the view over the ocean to the west and north and the mountains surrounding the hamlet to northeast. We almost hesitated to leave it even to go to a beach. There’s a dinner table on the terrace, so that you can have dinner while watching the sunset. The house is immaculately clean. The house is about 90 minutes to 2 hours from the nicer beaches on the south end of the island, so having a private pool at our disposal was wonderful. (Also, having a car with above average ground clearance is helpful as well.) - "We were all very thrilled when we arrived to this amazing house with a beautiful view of the water and Diamond Rock. It's a perfect gathering ground for a large group since there is so much great communal space. I did a lot of research before this trip to bring my family together for my dad's 70th and this house was the perfect pick. The house has everything you need and we were even provided with some extra toys for my nephew since we asked in advance. We had rented a car while there for the week which helped with access to see other parts of the island and to do groceries. Without it, it might have made buying food a little more difficult. There are a few shops close by, but being 10 people you need a lot more food than you think! There are delicious croissants and baguettes just around the corner, amazing for a fresh breakfast most mornings! The house sits directly on the water which is amazing however at this time of the year there wasn't much beach which was slightly disappointing. The water is completely accessible but only for swimming, there's no beach to rest a chair and relax down there. Being 10 people it would have been great to have another 2 or 3 lounge chairs by the pool. Sandra was very much present before the trip and answered all questions and concerns before we arrived. She arranged an easy transfer from the airport before we got there. We didn't end up using any of the other services provided by Sandra, but I'm sure if we did they would have been just as enjoyable as the villa. She was always available by phone and we appreciated that she tried her best to have the additional part of the villa ready for our arrival. Even though it wasn't 100% complete, it was a great effort to have that extra space available for us and we appreciated it. Even though you're on a tropical island and bugs, mostly mosquitos, are to be expected, there are no screens on any of the windows or doors. I understand the communal space needs it for air flow but it would be great if just in the bedrooms potentially screens were added so that at night you could sleep with your door open vs the air conditioning. Unfortunately one out of our 10 traveled home with dengue fever. So bring bug spray!! Overall this was an incredible trip and we cherished the week we all spent there together. Lots of memories at a beautiful house were made! Thank you for the experience!"

Our Villa T5 independent on two levels is new and is located in a small quiet subdivision in a dead end, in Ducos, in the center of Martinique, gateway to the beaches of the South, ideal starting point to discover the island .

Located on a height, it benefits from windows shutters with mosquito nets integrated allowing to make the most of the natural ventilation which does not make the air conditioning essential but nevertheless is put at your disposal in the three rooms. The living room has an air blower. Its setting is peaceful and green while remaining close to all the shops and services (pharmacies, doctors, supermarkets, restaurants, clothes, hairdressers, etc. accessible by foot in 10 minutes maximum and by car in 3 minutes maximum) and the road main road linking north to south of Martinique.
