Gorgeous all brand new 1300 square ft all open concept huge windows overlooking the lake!! Wifi central.air wood fireplace and outdoor firepit on Kushog Lake. All of the amendities of home but on the water. Includes 2 kayaks 1 alluminum boat paddle boat and canoe.

- "Nice house, with everything you might need, right next to the wonderful Algonquin park East gate." - "This was the perfect place for our family to stay...so close to The Mad Musher (That has vegan food!) and the park!! It was a great place! Love it! As we were approaching, the neighbors house looked a little scary....but don't let it deter you! Once inside we didn't hear anything." - "This was our first vrbo experience and was pleasantly surprised at how easy this all was. We will highly recommend this listing to others visiting Algonquin. We were 5mins from the East Gate which allowed us more paddle time vs driving time. The only disappointment - if you can even calll it that, is the river near the house was more like a rapid so paddling it was not possible. But dont stress this the lake is only a minute drive away so really not a big deal at all. Were able to store our boats in the garage overnight. The owner (Stefanie) was friendly and answered our questions quickly. Very clean and comfotable stay."

- "We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless when we arrived and newly renovated. The pictures don't do it justice! It was quite lovely. We had four adults and two children and there was plenty of room for us all. We used the house as our base to explore Algonquin and visit other family members who were staying in the campground. We also spent time at the gorgeous beach in Whitney. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The full sized BBQ was a welcome surprise. We would highly recommend this location and would be happy to stay again. Thanks!"

- "Our dome was great as were the facilities offered at the beach for relaxing in the sun or sitting by your own private fire, kayaking or canoeing. We had not realized the lovely private bathroom was outside the dome but only 2 steps away. It was not clear that the “stove” was a single ring attached to the barbq but we made it work. Management was very helpful and available if needed. We are seniors, really enjoyed our visit and would recommend trying a dome. Thank you."

Welcome to our little slice of paradise near Algonquin Park! Perfectly located just minutes from the park’s East Gate, our cottage is surrounded by snow-covered forests and endless opportunities for outdoor fun. Spend your days exploring nearby trails for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing, or hop on local snowmobile routes for an adventure. In the evenings, warm up by the fire pit, soak in the hot tub under a star-filled sky, or curl up inside by the electric fireplace.

Bedrooms - All bedrooms are on the second floor of the cottage.
- Primary Bedroom has a Queen bed with plush linens, a skylight for stargazing and walkout patio with views of the forest and fire pit.
- Second Bedroom is spacious and bright with a Queen bed and a skylight for stargazing.
- Third Bedroom has a bunk bed (double on the bottom, twin on top), ideal for kids.
- Fourth Bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for additional guests or children

Laundry - Please note that the water from the well is rich in iron and will stain lighter coloured clothes. Given this, please take care with your laundry and consider watching darker colours only in the laundry during your stay.

Septic - The home runs on a septic tank and only the toilet paper provided should be flushed down the toilet. Do not flush any paper towel, feminine hygiene products, flushable wipes, etc. down the drain. A fine of $500 will be charged for any septic tank issues caused by flushing incorrect articles down the drain.

Hot tub - Please do not add anything to the hot tub other than hot tub specific chemicals. Any other substances will harm the motor. A fine of $500 will be charged if other substances are added to the hot tub.

Guests have private access to the entire cottage and property.

The property offers parking for up to 6 vehicles.
