Now for some of the intangibles. My wife and I are pretty social, which Liz must have picked up on quickly having hosted many people over the years. So we got to know her and David on the first day over some homemade scones / jam and freshly brewed tea. We left the pebble feeling like we found a home in Halifax and having made two new friends. There are so many subtle touches about this place it’d be hard to express it all in words, but in short we highly recommend it for anyone and hope to visit again in the future!"
