- "This is where the Spanish go on their holidays! Despite a series of issues, we had a very enjoyable (but hot) stay. The hotel and rooms were immaculate,a/c efficient, everything was very clean and attended to, the staff were very accommodating and attentive, even with our limited Spanish.The food was exceptional and a special mention should go the fish/meat/omelette/crepe grill staff who worked tirelessly to cook the freshest food - I would love a fish grill man at home! I have never known such an extensive, high quality all inclusive resort and I have travelled extensively.Breakfasts at peak time were best avoided as it was just sheer madness and I felt for the staff, but they were superb. Please leave them a tip before you go! And a special mention has to go to Moises on reception for upgrading us to the most marvelous sunset view accommodation and topped it off with a bottle of chilled fizz to enjoy on our huge terraces. Very much appreciated. Maybe next time our Spanish will be good enough to join in group activities and more entertainment. Very comfy beds - had some of the best sleep in ages. Amazed that such quality branded drinks are AI too. Thank you to everyone who made the English family welcome."

- "Rental of this property in the winter season has some issues but overall, it met our needs. After a very long drive, we arrived at 4 am. We were unable to check in until later in the morning. Once we checked in at the hotel next door, getting into the apartment was a challenge. You need to access through a side gate, find the elevator in the dark, maneuver around obstacles in the dark before getting to the apartment. The front access / lobby is closed this time of year and all the furniture is covered up for the season and the doors and windows boarded up. The place looks abandoned. Once in our apartment, everything was comfortable with everything needed for a weeks stay. The only issue in the apartment was the lack of hot water. There was only enough to provide 2 inches of hot water in the tub. We had a great ocean view and there are nice walks along a fabulous beach. The hotel next door provides an excellent and reasonably priced breakfast buffet to get your day off to a good start. We used this location to travel around this region of Spain and Portugal. The driving access was poor for our purposes due to the location Access to the main highways was difficult due to the large number of traffic circles and the fact that this is more of a destination resort for the spring, summer, and fall seasons. I'm sure that this is an excellent place to stay as a destination resort in the busy season. All services in the area were closed for the winter."
