As soon as you enter Casa Evita you feel at home. It is a very well kept, comfortable country house built and decorated in the typical Andalusian style. The living room with dining area has to sofas and a large TV screen as well as air conditioning (hot/ cold), The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has enough space to sit down and have a meal. The master bedroom has a double bed and a family bathroom en suite and is equipped with air conditioning. The second bedroom, also with air conditioning, also has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is also another family bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is one covered terrace in front and one at the side of the house, both are comfortably furnished. The pool (5 x 3,5 m) is fenced, which is very useful if you are travelling with small children. There is also a covered BBQ area where you can prepare delicious meals or use the special pan to cook a Spanish paella. The house is near the beach and is the ideal place for a relaxed family holiday. Casa Evita is located in an unpaved road, just about 300m away from the pristine white El Palmar Beach. Over the past decades more and more private homes and holiday cottages have been added to this originally very small hamlet which stretches along 7 km of soft beach and sand dunes. However, El Palmar has not lost any of its original charm and is still predominantly a rural location. This is paradise for anyone who loves unspoilt wild beaches. We highly recommend a one-hour walk to Conil along the beach and the protected landscape behind it. On the narrow coastal road of El Palmar you will find plenty of bars and restaurants - from simple and rustic food to sophisticated fish cuisine.
