Our home is a large penthouse apartment with 360-degree views. On the front side, you will be looking at the ocean from the living room, kitchen, living room, balconies, and decked terrace. This terrace is about 200 square meters, it includes a sun bathing area, an outdoor living room, a dining space with a bbq, outdoor showers, and a spectacular view of the nearby forest, the town, and the city of Cadiz.

In the exterior of this wonderful urbanization in which the accommodation is located, you will find a shared salt swimming pool of 20mx10m and a depth range from 1.2m to 2m. For the little ones there is also a playground and children's pool of 0.40m deep so that they can have fun and cool off safely. In the facilities you will also find a tennis court and a large communal garden where you can sunbathe. On the terrace of the apartment you will find sun loungers and a dining area where you can enjoy your evenings with your companions. Please note that as this is a flat, there are direct neighbours, so privacy is partial.

Inside, you will find a bright living-dining room equipped with a TV that gives direct access to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. We came from West Virginia and there are several English speaking places that made it easy to order, make friends and communicate effortlessly. - "Pros: Although a small apartment everything was really neat and clean and tidy. Convenient for us within a short walk or drive to the town. Mercedes was available on Wattsap to help and answer any questions. The whole building was extremely secure with two locked gateways to pass through. The approach is very easy by ramp and then a lift straight to the apartment door. Some traffic noise in the evening which soon died away to leave complete peace and quiet. The wifi was really good. Cons: Nothing, it was as we expected. No guaranteed parking, which we knew, but always seemed to be lucky to get a spot right outside the door."
