The holiday home is, as mentioned before, located in a large valley and lies up a hillside.A small road guides you to the house and as the road ends here, you can be sure that no other people will drive past or to the holiday house.

As the holiday home lies on a hillside, it has many different levels. On the lower level, there is a wonderful pool area. Here is a large swimming pool, which is covered in the wintertime and during summer, you can open the sliding doors and enjoy the warm sun. There are stairs down to the pool, which is relatively deep. Making it more luxurious, there is a spa/hot tub right next to the pool.

One level up, there is a very large terrace with sun loungers and of course a great view over the valley. Here, you can also play table tennis and there is direct access to a game room with table football and billiards. Furthermore, there is a great fitness room with multiple fitness machines.
On the next level there is an outdoor dining area with tables and benches, and there is a covered area with BBQ grill.

CAN VISTA DEL VALL has a large, very well equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and other necessary facilities. There is also a large dining room with a large table and panoramic windows. There is also a large flat screen TV. If this is not enough, you can roll a screen down and with a projector and the comfortable seating, you can transform the living room into a mini cinema.

Spread over the different floors, there are three double rooms and three triple rooms. They are all modern and tastefully decorated and five of them have a private bathroom. Many of them have window with a view, and one of the rooms have direct access to a chill-out area on the top floor with comfortable seating and wonderful views.

Since Catalonia, especially in the summer, generally have much sun, the owner has put solar cells at the house, and during winter it is heated with biomass.

There are only 5 km to the nearest village, where there are some shops and a supermarket, which is also open on Sundays. Moreover, there is only 10 km to the regional capital, Berga. Here the owner has also an agreement with a good restaurant that they can bring the food all the way up to the house. You can also hire a cook who will pamper your palates for an evening.

- "We were a party of 20 (4 families with children), staying for a full week. This is the perfect place if you want to have a vacation in a beautiful environment, with breathtaking views, while comfortably staying in a recently restored villa. The location is prime, and the photos don't even to justice to the awesome landscape that surround the house. The only noise you will hear are the bells of the cows, that linger all day round. You may have to honk the car's horn to move the ocasional cow that decides to block in the narrow road that leads to the house. This path can only be done using a real 4x4 car (city SUVs are definitively not advised), and the very nice owner, Jaume, will make two such vehicles available for your use. The house is fully loaded with all the modern amenities, including comfortable beds, a large diner table that accommodates 20 people, and all the nice extras of "countryside sports" (fuss ball, ping pong and snooker). We definitively recommend staying at this property."
