They share one sliding door. You can only close the door in one of these two rooms at a time. Why? The hotel advertises a parking lot - but they don't tell you that you need to reserve it in advance. There is NO parking in roses. I'll just say that again - there is NO parking in Roses. it's so so busy so plan ahead. The elevators are weird. There's only two and they each have their own operating buttons. Everyone hits both buttons to get whichever elevator arrives quicker. That means that you'll constantly be stopping on floors with no-one there. We stayed on 8th floor. On one occasion, we stopped at six floors on the way down - with no one getting on or off. Ridiculous. This is petty, but the TV in the room is probably the smallest Television that is sold to human beings. I never write reviews, but the hotel was just so far off what they advertise, I felt compelled too. It's a solid 5 out of 10"

- "Absolutely amazing. We book a 6-night stay after our whirlwind visits to Rome-Paris-Barcelona. This hotel exceeded our expectations! From the food to the staff to the rooms to the pool to the beach. Wow! Hands down will stay here again if given an opportunity! The room was a nice size but what did bother me was the doors in the room made things a bit awkward. Other than that we couldn't complain. The breakfast was amazing, nespresso machine and crispy bacon, yummy. We did not eat in the restaurant. The pool is small but your right next to the beach so it did not matter. We was the only British people there and it was a bit quiet, but I think we was out of season. The only down side was that we are non smokers and guests smoking on their balconies wasn't too bad but smoking at the breakfast table on the outside dining area was a bit off putting."

We received text messages ahead of our arrival with an address to pick up the keys, but right before we arrived we received a message saying the keys were at the hotel, we misunderstood and ended up driving to the first location and looking for the keys there for a while."

- "Clean, tidy and reasonably priced. Just what we wanted for a quick trip to see friends. Fair sized room. good bathroom for a couple of nights stay. The breakfast is paid for separately. Might seem a little expensive at 10 euros but worth every penny. Everything you could wish for and help yourself. Not an English cookie but then one is in Spain. Our apartment has been our home for eight years, and so have all the amenities. The furniture is high quality and is in very good condition, television is large, the fridge very new, and we painted the hippest recently (April 2014) in addition to buying a new double bed.
Its location is unbeatable being right in front of the Bahia de Rosas and the promenade that runs along the same from the port of Roses all the way from Santa Margarita, always devoting beautiful sunsets and sun, which can be viewed directly from the lounge sitting or terrace, besides a great comfort for having no road near the building, and a family atmosphere.
It is a building in constant renovation and conservation to be all apartments from individuals, we deal with shared pool always be able to bath the garden in perfect condition and the exterior of edifio undamaged. We are located halfway between the center of Roses and the center of Santa Margarita, with direct access to the beach (sunbeds rental, Xiringuito, ...). It is also seen that we have a closed underneath the building with remote parking, and direct access from the first floor parking elevator where they can go aa pool and even to walk in front of the apartment through a small door with all comfort.
