- "We found the apartment perfect for enjoying the area on foot. We particularly enjoyed the choice of beaches almost on the doorstep, the walks, the many good restaurants in Port Vendres and Collioure and, of course, the spectacular scenery. The descriptions say it all, accurately, but the one thing we hadn't appreciated was the orientation of the apartment. The sun was on the terrace in the morning and gone by lunch time. It only reached into the apartment if we opened the shutters early enough in the morning. In high summer, this is no doubt a definite plus. At the end of May, it was hot outside and decidedly chilly inside, unless we used the heating."
