The Hotel Mediterrani has an outstanding location, right above the beach and the view from the dining room is beautiful. It was also nice having drinks and coffee on the terrace with lovely views over the sea. The centre of Calella de Palafrugell is an easy walk from the hotel, although uphill on the way back and there are steps to negotiate down to the beach, so not ideal for those with mobility problems.
