Your two bedroom apartment is situated on a small rural property just a few minutes drive to the town centre of Bridport. Fully self contained, with new modern kitchen, new bathroom, comfortable living room with flat screen smart TV. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room also has a double sofa bed. You also have use of the pool table in the games room and can wander the seventeen hectares to the Brid river to see a platypus. There are also cattle and chickens on the property and trout fishing dams, and of course the friendly kelpie cross Sofie, who just loves people. We supply liquid soap in the bathrooms and encourage you to wash your hands frequently. We ask that you also wipe down all surfaces with the paper towel and disinfectant, we supply, prior to leaving the accommodation. We also supply disposable gloves for your convenience. Your two bedroom apartment is situated on a small rural property just a few minutes drive to the town centre of Bridport. Fully self contained, with new modern kitchen, new bathroom, comfortable spacious living room with flat screen smart TV. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

The living room also has a double sofa bed. You also have use of the pool table in the games room, BBQ areas and decks for relaxation, and can wander the seventeen hectares to the Brid river to see a platypus.

There are also cattle and chickens on the property and trout fishing dams, and of course the friendly kelpie cross Sofie, who just loves people. Peace and quiet in the countryside but close to the beaches, restaurants and shops - perfect.

The home has ample areas to sit, relax & reflect on the days activities & plan tomorrow's adventures. Featuring three (yes that's right, three) sitting rooms. Downstairs has the main living space, along with an outdoor covered in space & then upstairs is the bar room with deck that offers stunning water views.

There are four queen bedrooms. Complete with three bathrooms, one with egg shape free standing bath & three toilets. The open plan kitchen is the ideal space to whip up a feast of Tasmanian seafood & fresh produce. There's also a Webber Q gas BBQ & firepit to enjoy.

If you have a boat, that's no problem as there is plenty of parking.

If you're wondering about Barnbougle Lost Farm Golf Resort or Barnbougle Dunes Golf Links courses, they are a short 10 minute drive from the home. In no time, you'll be teeing off and enjoying these world class golf courses. Set amongst a truly breathtaking back drop, you can do a round of golf, then come home to relax in this very comfortable home.

Bridport is approx. 85km North-East of Launceston and approx. 280km North of Hobart. If you love walking in nature, then you're in for a real treat. There are many bush & beach walks around Bridport. And let's not forget that Derby & The Blue Derby mountain bike trails are approx. 55km away.
