We were also concerned that the Hotels.com site said there was no reception but that "a host would attend to us". Well no. There was a reception desk and Georgina who attended us was fantastic. Our room was huge and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and the bistro in the bar had the most fantastic food at extremely reasonable prices. Also this hotel had free parking and was only a 10min walk to the very centre of town and the shore. Highly recommend this place. Will stay here again if we get back to Burnie."
