Annick and Antonio welcomed us warmly and were so patient answering all our queries. The apartment is even better than pictures suggest. The sound and sight of the ocean are always with you from every part of the property... we enjoyed breakfast and, some days, lunch on the lower terrace, enjoying the sounds and sights of all those enjoying the beautiful beach. The kitchen is very well arranged with a wide variety of dishes. glasses etc to make our stay very comfortable and special.The highlight of course is the top terrace which includes both an internal and outdoor seating area. We enjoyed several hours reading, relaxing, having a glass of wine or just observing the life on the beach below. In the evenings we enjoyed several of the local restaurants serving the freshest of fish, cooked simply but beautiful. Turning right as you leave the apartment you can walk for hours along the Camina pathway stopping in Moleda or Caminha. There area few little cafes and bars in the centre of the town where the locals are very welcoming. - "We just returned from a wonderful two weeks at this property. It is in a lovely, scenic, private location while also being nearby to local town/beach. We were two families of 4 and were surprised to find that the property was two buildings, not one, but this did not cause any problems. It is worth noting that one bedroom (with bunk beds) in is separate annex, therefore to secure this at night we had to rely on our young children being able to operate the key lock, which wasn’t ideal, but would be fine for older children/adults. The villas were really clean and well equipped with table football / games, a lovely warm pool and hot tub, loads of kitchen appliances and tv’s with hdmi ports. The garden is large, well kept and not overlooked at all. There is no air conditioning in any of the buildings but we were only hot on a couple of nights as the properties kept fairly cool. There was one fan available to use if needed. Thank you to Manuel who was a great host. He met us at the property on arrival and kept the pool and hot tub clean throughout the stay. He was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this property for a family stay. Our favourite memory is sitting out at night watching the many shooting stars."

Situated in the heart of Minho, Costa Verde, Casa da Armada has its origins in the mid-eighteenth century era of the Napoleonic wars in Portugal. The house served as headquarters to Napoleon's troops. Built entirely in summer 2010 maintains the original design having been used local materials in its interior and exterior such as slate, shale and granite. The walls were painted in a Venetian red so typical of Mediterranean houses with the cortene steel gives it charm and modernity. With about 400m2 of covered area and 4 000m2 uncovered area, the house is divided into two floors, reaching the rooms, kitchen, bathroom, dormitory with toilet and laundry on the ground floor and four suites on the top floor .
With four suites and a dormitory with complete bathroom, ideal for children, this is a house suited to family holidays.

The "Casa de Crespins" initially served as a place for family life and vacations to become a fantastic "Vacation Space in a Rural Environment" after undergoing renovation and expansion works and becoming an ideal place for, with family and / or with friends, enjoy a rested stay in close contact with nature.

It is located in one of the highest points of the parish of Cristelo / Moledo, in a place of extraordinary beauty and tranquility, with fabulous and unchanging views of the sea and the mouth of the river Minho.

The "Casa Principal" has 5 suites, 3 of which are prepared for couples and 1 with two single beds and a divan for two young people, on the entrance floor. On the upper floor there is a suite with a double bed, and another with a double bed and a single bed.

The "Casa da Entrada" has 2 double suites supported by a living room with a kitchenette.
