- "Nice" - "Very friendly staff, but it’s bit of distance from the shopping area." - "Hotel seems dated inside the rooms. The carpet was stained and the small couch within my room has stains on. The bathroom wasn't cleaned that well and had squashed mosquitos on the wall. Although it is meant to be a non-smoking hotel, somebody had obviously smoked in the room I stayed in because I could smell stale smoke that had permeated in to the carpet and curtains. The aircon did not work at all well either, I set it to 18C, the coldest it would go, and it barely worked. It was a very hot and sweaty night. I wouldn't stay there again. Leaving the next morning, there was a cigarette ash and a cigarette butt on the floor of the lift."

The Villa areas are not completed either, but its further away from the main building, the sound is less disturbing. The staff are all very polite, and well trained.
