- "This is, definitely, a beautiful, comfortable apartment, and for four seniors without a car, it was perfectly located: a couple of blocks from the Dart Train Station; a bus stop, almost outside the front entrance of the building; a taxi queue across the street, by the church; a shopping centre and grocery stores a block away; almost next door is the Forty Foot Pub (serves decent meals, too); a coffee shop across the street and one a couple of blocks away, along the harbour front; and Teddy’s Ice Cream is a few steps from the front door! We not only had a lot of fun, touring Dublin and surrounds, we enjoyed our time spent in the apartment itself. It was fun watching the birds on the chimneys and roof tops of the old buildings across the street, looking out on the church and the hustle and bustle on the street below. We encountered a couple of minor issues while there, but Evelyn was quick to come to our assistance. If the unit has any drawback, at all, the street can be noisy if the windows are open, especially at night when the pub gets out. "

It is one of those cheap, old spring mattresses that sink in and poke you in the back, literally painful to sleep on. SO disappointed in this, as the flat was quite expensive per night-- for the rate, you would expect to have a quality, non-spring mattress. Also, the tenant upstairs was very noisy at all hours of the night, pacing (sounded like stomping) back and forth until 2-3am. Very little sleep to be had. It is unfortunate, because if the noise from upstairs (I don't mind the street noise, that is to be expected) and the "unsleepable" bed weren't such a huge problem, I'd absolutely stay here again, because of the views and location. But because the bed was so terrible, I will never stay here again unless the owner replaces the mattresses with memory foam. When I first checked in, I was sent an email asking how everything was-- I mentioned the poor quality of the beds, and got no reply from the owner. Very disappointing. The couch however was rather comfortable. Good thing, otherwise I would have demanded a refund- you can't pay for a place to sleep and have the beds be so terrible you don't at all get what you pay for. Also- no hair dryer"

Warm, calm, and welcoming, the Executive Suite has been carefully furnished throughout. Its airy open-plan layout makes it ideal for trips where you can relax, cook, laugh, and most importantly reconnect again. We know those special moments just happen naturally, and the relaxed vibe here is the right setting.
The Executive Suite has its own kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The Valclusa Estate is one of the largest Estates (5 acres), still held in private ownership in Killiney. It is only a five-minute walk to what is widely regarded as one of the most spectacular coastlines in Dublin and indeed Ireland.
We have paid attention to the details and want your stay with us to be as enjoyable as possible. The Norwegian duvets on the beds, a generous supply of pillows, and the beds will always be presented in immaculate condition. It's how you start your day, and we feel it can be the make and break of a stay.
The property is very secure and tranquil and there is secure parking allocated for two cars in the visitors' car park. There is also a 1 acre-hedged orchard available for your use to enjoy late summer evenings.

A huge 2-bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on the prestigious Longford Terrace in Monkstown, right on the seafront and just one minute away from the DART train. This is a gem of an apartment, newly renovated to an exceptional standard with a bright and modern feel throughout. The main bedroom is very large with modern en-suite and two lovely Georgian windows that allow great light into the room. The other bedroom is also a significant size with Georgian window looking onto the front courtyard. The main bathroom is exceptionally spacious with large shower area. The living area incorporates a full entertainment system with 60" screen, a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, as well as a separate utility area with washer/dryer. There is also a den/study just inside the main door, fully equipped with desk for working. The apartment is accessed from its own entrance at the front of the house where there is a large outside courtyard. Guests can enjoy all modern amenities such as microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, washing machine and drier, and WiFi. Perfectly located in the charming Monkstown village, right on the sea-front, and just a one minute walk to the DART rapid rail system. The closeness to the DART makes it very convenient to get into the heart of Dublin in 20 minutes and Aviva stadium is just 15 minutes away. Monkstown has a variety of shops, restaurants, gastro-pubs and convenience stores. The property looks onto Seapoint beach and promenade, with the popular Seapoint swimming spot at the Martello tower just a few minutes walk. Our lovely, large and spacious two bedroomed apartment, is conveniently located in a highly desirable location, opposite Dún Laoghaire marina and the town's DART train station.
Offers very spacious open plan living, with floor to ceiling windows and dual aspect orientation, ensures an abundance of natural light throughout. Both bedrooms look out over the landscaped inner courtyard, whilst the living/dining area offers sea views from a large balcony.
The Space:
Finished to an excellent standard, the entrance hall leads through to the large open plan kitchen / living / dining room. The fully equipped kitchen that include integrated fridge freezers, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer plus hobs and oven.
At the other end of the apartment are two bright double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom is en-suite, with WC, Bath with Shower. There’s a separate Shower Room and WC for guests. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails and underfloor heated mats.

Linens were not only stained and gross but there also weren’t any sheets supplied for the pull out sofa (1 individual in our party had to sleep directly on the mattress). Wi-Fi was slower than cellular service, drip stains on every wall of the apartment. Zero response from owner/manager when we tried to request linens for the pullout couch and bath mats. Overall, very disappointing. We did enjoy the kitchen with the exception of sewage smell emanating from one of the cupboards and the tv worked well. Artwork was nice, was plenty of room for a large family. "

Beautiful Mews House on one of Killiney's most Historic Estates. A five-minute walk to the breathtaking Killiney Bay with its sweeping coastal views. With a number of villages nearby including Dalkey village which is reminiscent of a French Medieval town with every convenience and a host of restaurants and quaint pubs. The Estate is a great base to discover the beautiful island of Ireland. There is a DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transport) train 5 minutes stroll to the beachfront station to bring you into the city of Dublin.
Killiney is widely regarded as the place to live in Dublin. It has the nickname of the "Rock Star Belt". Killiney and its close neighbour Dalkey don't take themselves too seriously and the locals are some of the friendliest you could ever hope to meet. The Valclusa Estate is the preferred location for many film directors, film and music producers, writers, actors, musicians and film studios including Universal, Netflix, History Channel and the Irish Film Studios.

We have paid attention to the details and want your stay with us to be as enjoyable as possible. The Norwegian duvets on the beds, a generous supply of pillows and the beds will always be presented in immaculate condition. It's how you start and end the day, and we feel it can be the make and break of a stay. Of the three bedrooms, two with king-size beds, and the third has bunk beds. The property is very secure and tranquil and there is secure parking allocated for two cars in the visitors' car park.

Our home has a unique 'upside-down' design, which means the open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen are upstairs. It's the heart of our home, where we gather, cook, and make memories together.
Upstairs, you'll find one of the double bedrooms with its own en-suite shower room, providing a cozy retreat for a restful night's sleep. This upper room has a king sized bed (150x200)
As you head downstairs, you'll discover two more lovely double bedrooms, one of which offers a luxurious super king-size bed (180x200) and the other an Irish double bed (135x190). The family bathroom with a bath ensures everyone's comfort and convenience.
