- "A great stay. Bed was very comfortable, room was lovely and warm. Couldn't have asked for anything more" - "The hotel did a great job of checking me in early. The only thing I would bring up was the shower area has some black mould on the ceiling. Other than that, great place to stay got the early ferry." - "Needed a quiet and comfortable place to stay while in Wexford and the Farmer's Kitchen fitted the bill. Staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout my stay. The room was clean, towels changed daily, and the bed was comfortable. (not too sure about the carpet-looked a bit worn.) Had dinner at the hotel on the first night- well cooked and (too) plentiful. Breakfast was to order and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. The hotel is only 10 mins from where I was working in Wexford town- easy access and free parking. Many thanks."

It has every appliance and gadget you could need, and there is a warm, personal, and lived-in feel to the place. We have never been in a place so well stocked! Amazingly considerate and generous hosts. Paddy and Maeve were like friends rather than renters. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, and our friendship with them will not end with this summer. We had been travelling away from home for three weeks, and it was great to be welcomed so warmly. The property is splendidly located. Wexford is a beautiful town, and we were close to the shops/restaurants and the sea. We recommend this property most strongly."

Nice quiet location close to Clifden and to some amazing beaches. The only very slight downside to this cottage is that the driveway may be a challenge for some vehicles. I would rent this cottage again." - "Great location for accessing Connemara for our family of 6. So many lovely picturesque sandy beaches within half hr driving radius without major crowds. Lots of hillwalking/trekking options. Inish Boffin worth a daytrip. Our crew voted Keoghs in Ballyconneely and Veldons in Letterfrack as the best places for eating out. - "The house is well equipped and located at a quite road with beach access. It is a good base for car and bicycle trips along the south coast. Short drive to Rosslare ferries. Good beds. We found the house (for 2 nights) rather expensive, this may be due to the fact that besides fewo-direkt another agency was involved. During the booking procedure there was some confusion about the price we had to pay to that agency, but that issue could be resolved. There were lots of animal hairs in the living room (otherwise the house was clean). Also a lot of food was in the deep freezer. The freezer and the refrigerator were very noisy. The stairgates are very inconvenient and dangerous. ."

We were even able to check in about an hour early, which was so nice after an international flight. The Dunne’s store down the street was just a short walk away for groceries. The parking structure was very convenient to the apartment as well. When loading our luggage we parked in a double yellow line zone and we got a ticket so if you’re not used to that pay attention!
