- " Charming little place. Well, big for a B&B. The breakfast was amazing. Service was impeccable, and the place was spotless. I was highly impressed yo find a fitness suite in a bed & breakfast The hosts were most welcoming - they didn't want us to leave ! The only minor gripe was a green LED light on the ceiling of our room, very tiny but bright enough to affect sleep. Don't let that put you off staying here though. If we had stayed another night I would just have taped something over it to block it out."

This location couldn’t be positioned better and more central to everywhere you’ll want to go. There’s a grocery store that delivers to the house or equally as convenient to go out and shop yourself. Our favorite market was Corks English Market and while far from the house it was something we did at the end of that day and you’ll find an incredible assortment of foods. We had breakfast one day in Waterford just before our private tour of Waterford Crystal. Breakfast was at the Granville Hotel and while we weren’t guests we were able to enjoy a 5 star breakfast without the chaos of staying in a hotel environment. Also parking in Waterford was a lot easier than we ever expected due to ample parking in large parking lots. We flew into Dublin and the drive down to the house was great and we found local places to stop at along the way. Again, this location was central to everything so you’re not stuck in a specific town at the end of every day. Clare was very accessible and made the entire experience easy. The house was fully stocked with everything you may need with exception of food and bottled water. All living areas were clean and tidy. All the beds were made upon arrival and towels laid out. The showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water. I could go on and on about how great the VRBO experience was at this location but you simply have to experience it for yourself. The beds were comfortable, shower had good pressure and hot water (we've stayed at some where that was not the case), host(ess) was so sweet and kind, check in was easy, check-out was easy, it has been updated, so all fresh and new. It was an all around wonderful place to stay. The only thing I'll mention which might be a problem for some, is that it's right by the road, but the road noise didn't bother me at all (and I'm a very light sleeper)."
