Fairly bad sound proofing makes noise outside (from playground in our case) a bit irritating. Clean room and renovated bathrooms. The bedroom was why we had expected with a hug view of the natural biodiverse grass and plants outside. The beds were soft and comfortable and towels clean. It was a very comfortable bedroom. The breakfast the next day was delicious with some lovely cheese and warm freshly baked buns and delicious coffee. All in all this was a great experience and we would definitely recommend and want to come and stay ourselves."
