The condo is located nearby to many shops & restaurants located in the Lake Carolina community. Perfect for families!

PLEASE NOTE: The roof recently got repaired from a leak that occurred in the primary bedroom. The roof is repaired, but there is still some damage on the exterior ceiling. This repair is being scheduled soon once the HOA makes the plans.

This is a two-story condo in the top two levels of a three-story townhome. The ground level has a retail space facing the main road (and street address of the townhouse). There is parking for 3 vehicles in the rear alleyway which is adjacent to where you enter the condo. A stairwell leads you up to the main living area of the condo with a dining room that seats four, full kitchen with peninsula counter seating for two, laundry, a half bath, and a spacious and bright living room with a large TV and a comfy reclining sofa. The stairway from the living room leads you up to the sleeping quarters where two bedroom suites with private full bathrooms and walk-in closets await. The queen size guest bedroom has a desk, nightstands with lamps, a spacious single vanity and shower-tub combo in the bathroom and a walk-in closet. The king bedroom suite has a king size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and double sink vanity.

The space
Studio is a cozy 450 square foot 1 bedroom and 1 bath area. You have a full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and toaster, coffee/bar area, living room includes a large comfortable futon that converts to a full size bed as well as an electrical movie screen and projector to sit back and relax, coffee table lifts for remote work (if needed) as well as a large console for dining or additional remote working area, bathroom includes a standup shower with homegrown eucalyptus plant. Finally, in the bedroom you will find a king size cooling gel memory foam mattress with a solar powered skylight right above the bed (watch the stars at night or enjoy endless amounts of natural sunlight during the day).

If there are no damages VRBO automatically refunds this amount back to you after 7 days.
This is a non-smoking unit, no pets are allowed, and a minimum age of 30 policy. No parties or venue events are allowed.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

- "5 days before our trip my other rental cancelled for no apparent reason so I was in a pinch to find a place. Graduation weekend at a major university have me limited options. First thing was curb appeal. The neighborhood was good but this is the eye sore on the block. The lawn hadn't been mowed and there was garbage on the porch. The inside was dirty. Counters needed wiped down, toilets and bathtubs cleaned, the sheets didn't look fresh at all. I reached out to the host and it was like I got a automated response. Hope you're settling into your trip. If you need anything let us know. Never a direct response to my complaint or an apology. If we had another option we would have left immediately and found somewhere else to stay. I hope the next person that stays here doesn't have the same problem."

Nails sticking up. No patio furniture to sit outside. Flooring is coming up at backdoor. One TV for two living areas and an area suitable for 6 people. Indoor stairs are VERY steep with only handrail on one side. There were no toiletries or blow dryers as listed. No hand towels for any of the bathrooms. Half bath on bottom level hangs up. Showerhead in master bath leaks and needs to be replaced. Stovetop and oven were both dirty. Oven had rusty racks. Light over stovetop didn't work. Dishwasher was inoperable. No map or instructions as to how to access the community pool. Top of microwave was sticky. "
