The morning receptionist was kind and very helpful- we wanted to use the local bus and she took the time to show us how to use the website. "

I went first, and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. when my husband went to shower, the shower not only wasn't draining, it again, flooded the bathroom floor and then we lost all water. there are signs to not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet as the system was sensitive. We did not flush anything in the toilet, and when the water turned off in the middle of my husbands shower, he checked the toilet and tried to flush it and it immediately rose all the way to the top. so now, we had no water, a flooded bathroom, and an almost overflowing toilet. I called the number, and the very gracious lady came right away and was able to clean everything up. we felt so bad that she had to deal with it, but after reading some reviews, learned that this was not the first time guests had flooded bathrooms. She was extremely nice and so apologetic. this would be a great stay once all of the plumbing gets fixed. "
