The steam sauna switched off and got cold after a short time requiring attendance of hotel staff " - "The initial view of the hotel was an overgrown courtyard. Our room had very good noise insulation and also quiet and effective aircon. This was quite useful as although the restaurant closes around 10:30 people hang on longer chatting and finishing drinks. The nearby church bells ring throughout the night, but with closed windows all of the noise was blocked out. Overall a very good stay with no significant negatives and several strong positives. The Location is not city centre, but this worked better for us. Easy tram options to the centre though. "

- "1 appearance on arrival was amazing 2 use of the room facilities was disappointing because several of the ceiling light bulbs were missing or not working. 3 The bed frame was not secure and had loose joints but the mattress was ok. 4 bathroom was impressive but lacked a safety feel. The shower did not have all its outlets working and looked very dated. There were no grab handles to aid the climbing in and out of the cubicle as there was a high step in and being elderly leg stability is not good. 5 breakfast was very disappointing as it finished at 9.00 as we expected it to finish at 10.00 all other hotels we stayed in did finish at 10.00. They did not provide any cereals for breakfast only meats coffee. What a shame it looked after appealing when we arrived. It needs some serious Maintenance to the facilities. I will say it did have a fantastic ceiling in our bedroom. "
