Bernard was a great host who met us and helped us get set up in the apartment. The location is in a charming part of Old Nice. There are a couple flights of stairs so be aware of that. There is also some street noise from restaurant below but we generally take ear plugs when we travel so it was not an issue for us. The location and 8 minute walk to to the beach made up for that. We affectionately call the apartment 'Place de Rêves' (Place of Dreams) as the building’s entrance is just off the ‘Place de Revely’ in the Old Town of Antibes. It is on the 3rd (top) floor in the building next to the former home of the artist Nicolas de Staël and has Air Conditioning throughout the apartment as well as 2 balconies, 1 in the bedroom and 1 off the living room. The bedroom is with a king-sized bed (160 x 200cm) and there is a large sofa bed (170 x 200cm) in the living room. The sunny and spacious living room comes equipped with a Roland digital piano overlooking the marina. Best of all, the Mediterranean Sea lies just outside so the views are quite stunning !

This superbly renovated 2nd floor apartment is equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard in a contemporary style with high ceilings. All appliances are new.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the master is a large room with a king size bed, en suite bathroom which has a large walk in shower newly installed in 2022 with a rainhead shower and wc. The second bedroom is a twin, with a built in wardrobe, and en suite bathroom with a large shower and wc. The apartment has air conditioning throughout and all windows are double glazed.
We have installed an open plan kitchen/dining area with a dining table that can seat 6. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook, and there is a fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board.
There is a balcony to the front of the apartment which has a table and two chairs, perfect for croissant in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening whilst taking in the view of the sea.
The comfortable living area has a TV, DVD player, Bose IPod dock system, Amazon Fire tv stick and Wi-Fi. This part of Nice has 4G, and we are hoping for fibre optic broadband to be installed into the building shortly.
The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the Carre D'Or, which has most of the designer shopping in a pedestrian zone, plus a huge number of cafes, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
It is just a few minutes of a walk to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The old town and the central railway station are very close and within easy walking distance.
Beach mats are provided but you may wish to bring your own beach towels and inflatables.
This apartment is perfect for a family, and a baby monitor, high chair and travel cot are available, but you would be required to bring bed linen for the cot. An apartment for 4 persons with both bedrooms being en suite is a rare gem, but this makes it absolutely perfect for two couples as well as for a family.

Auriel is a luxury, contemporary, air-conditioned apartment in the heart of Nice's chic (and safe) Carré d'Or district. Moments from the beach (200m), Auriel is in the upmarket pedestrian street which is packed with great cafes, restaurants and boutiques that are open all year round. A short stroll away is the daily market, the old town, Place Massena, museums, casinos and top hotels.
The flat is on the 4th floor (with lift) of a well-maintained block. It is spacious, light and airy and has two balconies: a south-facing balcony where we have breakfast and cocktails overlooking old bourgeois buildings at the front and the buzz of Rue de France, and the other is off the master bedroom overlooking the peaceful gardens of the English church (no bells!).
The bright, open-plan lounge/dining area and fully-equipped kitchen (Bosch appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine) faces south and opens onto a sunny balcony which has a table and chairs for four and a retractable awning – a great spot for morning coffee and croissants or pre-dinner cocktails. The lounge has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV with access to 200+ channels including BBC World News, and free wifi internet access. Beside the kitchen is a dining table which takes four comfortably, extendable to six.
The master bedroom suite has its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Both the bedroom and en-suite have French windows opening onto a balcony. The large master bathroom has a shower/bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. The WC in this bathroom is a Sanicompact macerator.
The second bedroom is almost the same size as the master (a difference of centimeters) and has a generous shower room next door with hand basin and heated towel rail. A separate WC with hand basin is close by.
Each bedroom has two good quality 90 x 200cm beds which can be made up as super-kings. The bedrooms both have bedside tables and lamps, chair, hairdryer, plenty of storage and are decorated in neutral tones of soft grey and white. Electric shutters provide total darkness if you want it. Overlooking tranquil gardens at the back of the flat, both bedrooms are quiet.
In the entrance hall is a storage/coat cupboard, a utility cupboard with washing machine, and a separate WC with hand basin.
For the cooler months, the flat has central heating.
Bus and tram stops, municipal car parking and car rental are all within a short walk – important if you want to visit Monaco, St Paul de Vence, Cap Ferrat or Cannes during your stay! The journey from the airport takes approximately 15 minutes. Everything you’ll need in terms of supermarkets, boulangeries, patisseries and pharmacies is close by.
HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT
Nice International Airport is situated close to the city. The tram runs from the airport to the centre of Nice. The nearest stop to our apartment is Jean Medecin.
Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the Airport which will cost approximately 35 euros.
Our local English/French speaking representative will meet you on arrival at the apartment, explain the facilities and give you the keys.
PARKING:
The apartment does not have parking. The nearest public car park is called ‘Palais Mediterranée’ which is located approximately 50m away on Rue de Congrés. Long-term stay passes are usually available and can be purchased at the parking office on arrival.

All rental prices quoted are inclusive of the taxe de sejour (French stay tax). The Property Fee covers the end of stay clean, meet and greet, bed linen and towels for the MAIN bedroom for TWO PEOPLE only. ** Please advise us at the time of booking how you would like the main bedroom made up - either as two singles or one king double bed. **

- "I just need to say that staying at Valerie’s place was an incredible experience for us. It was our first time in the area and it was a perfect choice for us. The look and sound of the ocean was spectacular as was the ease to catch the tram or bus nearby. We had plenty of restaurants nearby at least three bakeries and a small market. The place is on the sixth floor but the place has a very efficient elevator that doesn’t take long. And of course you’re in Nice so that in itself was pure pleasure. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again."

This studio is located on the border of the marine village of Port Grimaud. It is uniquely situated on a fine-sand beach at the west-end of the Golfe de Saint Tropez. The beach is extremely well maintained and under the surveillance of firemen from July to September. It is very calm even during the high season. The public is international and of a family type. The departure quay of the boat-shuttles to Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez is located in the centrum of the village. You will so avoid the world known traffic jams to those two towns. The studio's unique situation will allow you to admire the blazing sunrises on the Golfe and to follow the numerous regatta's organized on the Golfe, the most famous one being the former "Nioulargue" renamed "Voiles de Saint Tropez"
Although not included in the price, it is possible to supply bed and house linen so as the exit cleaning. Please ask for the conditions.

A convenient location set in the town centre (Place Massena) close to the beaches, gardens, the walking trails, and Nice's old town. It has a large terrace with plants and is well-ventilated and peaceful thanks to its location on the seventh floor. It is in a recent block of flats that features security, a caretaker, and a lift.......................................................................
