This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city. But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!), grand water pressure in the shower with a hand shower too(!), super firm and spotlessly clean bed and bedding and an INCREDIBLY helpful Head of Housekeeping Miss Longineer. What a treasure she was!! Changed bedding to summer sheets at my request, made me some coffee and stayed around after my late check-in (8pm!) to ensure I was taken care of. Legend.
