- "Look up this location before booking. Neighbor is as bad as it can get. In the description it states mixed neighborhood. I walked in and 10 minutes later walked out. Had booked the place for 2 weeks and only stayed 10 minutes. Smelled like urine, and all the stains in the living room couch was awful to look at. Holes in the restroom floor and the window had broken blinds so anyone could look the the windows at night. The place should not be listed on any site, because of its non cleaness. In sent email next day from check in and was ignored until the last day of the stay. I was disgusted If you want cheap,then this is the place to book. "

PLEASE NOTE:
This unit is on the 2nd floor. 2nd Unit Back door entrance has 16 steps. 2nd Unit front door entrance has 13 steps.
There are also 12 steps to the attic. Please plan ahead by looking over these important details about your Host's property.

The building is in a quite neighborhood but we do have some exterior security cameras for the house and guest safety. ***PARKING***: 2 cars can be parked back to back on the driveway. Oversized vehicles, such as commercial vans or extra large SUV will need to park on the street ( We are not responsible of any street parking tickets).
Additional guests not mentioned during the initial reservation are not allowed to stay over. The guest making the reservation MUST check in with the other guests.
Two cars are allowed to be parked in the driveway, back to back. Any additional cars must be parked on the street, However we are not responsible for any street parking fines.
Returning the unit the same way it was found is mandatory. If anything gets broken or damaged during the stay please report it immediately.
No smoking allowed in our apartment nor the building at all! There will be a fine of up to $500 if you're found violating our no smoking policy

Guests are responsible for bagging all garbage and placing the bags in the bins outside the building, or at the curb, as instructed by the host (host will communicate with guest regarding this).
If your unit has a thermostat and the thermostat is locked, do not tamper with it or try to break open the lock. Doing so is called vandalism and is highly inappropriate. We will withhold your security deposit if you do this and possible submit for more damages depending on the situation.
Also, guests must leave the apartment in the condition they found it (e.g. no leftover food, nothing that creates a need for excessive or deep cleaning). Please wash all dishes that you use, remove food that you`ve brought in, and discard all trash. Our cleaning fee is lower than most and it covers basic cleaning tasks like washing of linens and towels, vacuuming, etc. The cleaning fee does not cover deep cleaning, excessive kitchen and bathroom cleaning, etc. Thanks for your cooperation!
If you check out late, there will be a $100 per hour fee for each hour or fraction of an hour that you stay beyond the check out time.
If you smoke, use incense, use drugs of any kind (including marijuana and cannabis) anywhere on the property including outside areas and common areas, we will charge a $300 fee. If there are damages related to smoking or drug use, we will charge fees in addition to this $300.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker and crock-pot. Stainless steel appliances are a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and refrigerator. Kitchen has a ceiling fan. The center island in the kitchen has 2 bar stools and the dining area can seat 6 people.

Neighborhood is located in the perfect place for a fun filled family vacation. We are located only one (1) block from the NJ buses to the greatest shopping areas in NJ. These buses take you to the Garden State Plaza, Bergen Town Center Outlets; surroundings shopping areas are Paramus Park and Willow Brook Mall. NJ transit buses or trains will take you to NYC.
The Great Falls is the second-highest on the east coast (second only to Niagara). The Great Falls thunders over a rocky ledge, 70 feet deep, about 60 feet wide to a broad basin descending 20 feet through trap rock and sandstone to the City of Paterson.

There are two parking spaces for your use on the right side of the home's driveway. NO Parking on our DRIVEWAYS. Additional street parking is at no cost; please obey the street signs and the alternate side street rules.
*ZERO TOLERANCE: Guest and the members of his party shall not used or permit to be brought into the property any illegal controlled substances, firearms or items hazardous to persons or property.
No extra Guests / No House Parties: Rental Guest understands’ that we will accept families, couples and responsible adults over the age of 21 ONLY. Guest(s) agree to not exceed more than the number of people stated in the reservations. Rental guests will use premises in a way as to not disturb nor offend neighbors. The bright and sunny brand new fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. There is a ceiling fan as well. Complimentary coffee, tea, & creamer will be provided!
You will find an equally inviting and beautifully decorated living room and dining area, with a 65-inch Smart TV, for you to connect to your own online streaming media accounts, free Wi-Fi, and a designated dining area, perfect for getting some work done, or enjoying a quiet meal. My musicians can feel free to pick up the guitar and play something!
The large bedroom is drenched in natural light, but also has blackout blinds for your convenience, a new queen size bed, two new bedside lamps with hotel style USB adapters, a dresser with plenty of draws, an amazing walk-in closet with built-in storage, which includes hangars.
