My fiancee only has a couple hours to sleep because of overnight work so sleep during the day is important. It's not a place he may want to stay again, but I will stay again. Just minor complaints ... A quick fix ... But they have to get a grip on the kids. There were shopping carts being played with and balls being thrown pass me in the parking lot when I departed from the car. The kids were playing really loud in the hallways and running through the hall. Great thing about that is that is not always the case. But again ... It's a nice hotel overall ... Nice bed and I love the shower. The bathroom is really nice. I will recommend a good stay on a quiet day 😉"

Even though we are located in New Jersey you will be in Time Square in 15 minutes. We are exactly 16.5 miles away from the Lincoln Tunnel. There is the 190 express bus to NYC within walking distance from the house and 25-30 minutes commuting to NYC. Also the train station that goes to NYC is 5 minutes away by car from our house.

The kitchen as you can see in the picture is big. We stock it with dishes, pots & pans. We also offer a coffee maker,blender,rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator, stove and a toaster.

We have 24 hour outside security cameras on our property for your security.

Rental details: Our daily rate is considered to be a minimum 28 night stay.We can accommodate 4 guests comfortably.

Rental Guest understands' that we will accept families, couples and responsible adults over the age of 25 ONLY. Guest(s) agree to not exceed more than the number of people stated in the reservations. Rental guests will use premises in a way as to not disturb nor offend neighbors. If a violation is occurred the owner may terminate this agreement without notice and Guest(s) shall vacate the premises immediately.

My newly renovated apartment is located in beautiful and convenient Clifton New Jersey! While the apartment is only 1 bedroom, the open and airy layout can accommodate up to 4 people. We offer what you need to make your stay perfectly comfortable.

The home is furnished with one queen-size memory foam bed in the bedroom, and one queen-size air mattress (available if requested) in the living room. The optimal amount of guests would be 1-3 people. But we can definitely fit 4 if you are traveling with additional guests. Please keep in mind, this is an apartment not an entire house.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, drinkware, and plates you will need to cook yourself and your family dinner from scratch!

The living room is furnished with a 55in Smart TV where you'll be able to Netflix, Hulu, and chill with friends.

In terms of amenities, I've got you covered! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, coffee, and portable fans. Additionally, there is an in-unit washer/dryer which is a luxury in the metro NYC area.

The location of the apartment is also terrific. It is a 7 minute walk to the bus to the NYC Port authority. It takes about an hour to get there depending on traffic. Parking is on the street, but we never had a problem finding a space. Communication with Alicia was excellent and she was happy to answer our questions on the rare occasion that one came up.
