🏘️ Property Details: Our home sits on a half acre property with a fully detached back house. Both houses are separated by a backyard fence for full privacy. Backhouse is occupied by host or contractors depending on the day of the week. The only shared space is the driveway to enter the property. Don’t hesitate to ask if host will be occupying the back house during your stay, we do not mind confirming! Host will only enter front house if there is an emergency, or if assistance is requested/required.

🅿️PARKING: 4 car spot driveway. Recommended to park inside of fence, avoid parking outside of fence on street side.

To ensure your safety and security while on our property we are delighted to disclose that there are 3 total security cameras on the exterior of the property and the property is fully fenced. First camera is located pointing directly at the drive way entrance. Second camera is pointing directly at the front door entrance. Third camera is located on the back porch of the front house, pointing towards the back house entrance. There is absolutely no cameras inside of house. Side gates will remain locked during your stay.

Bedroom 1- closet is not accessible for use. Closet is used as Host storage.

NO GARAGE ACCESS- garage is used as Host storage.

Locked cabinets- any locked cabinets in halls or kitchen are not accessible for use unless otherwise approved by Host in writing.

Laundry Room- is connected to garage by a drywall. Please do not damage walls/ garage entrance, or expose the garage storage. Doing so will inquire a minimum $250 damage fee.

This is a brand new over 3000sq home with pool and heated spa, also it has an air hockey and pool table game room , all bedrooms have 65inch smart tvs, the bathrooms are full size, washer/ dryer. Nice

We have a 1br/1bath, fully remodeled with all new everything. Come enjoy our cozy and quiet little upstairs guest house. Fully stocked with a coffee bar, 2 smart TVs, top of the line security system, lots of parking for a trailer or boat, close to lots of ATV riding trails as well as about 30 minutes to Silverwood lake and 1 hour to Big Bear mountain. We have room and a fire pit, bring your own wood or we sell it on the property. We have everything you need to enjoy a romantic bonfire, or a birthday celebration BBQ. The owners live on the property so if you need anything they are eager to help make your stay comfortable. Please do not hesitate to ask! Also, we allow pets, just please be aware of the front gate staying closed and pick up after them is all we ask. We are respectful people and ask you respect our home while you’re here. With that being said if you want to listen to your music, feel free and enjoy yourselves. Smoking is outside or on the patio only.

The suite is on a very quiet street and has private entrance .It has one bedroom, one living room, dining , two king beds, full bathroom and a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven .
Check in any time after 6 Pm and check out before 2 pm but if you need an early check in or an early checkout I can try to acomódate if possible . I am a phone call away and I am invested in offering the best conditions possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We don’t accept more than 4 guest per booking. Also parties are not allowed and loud people are not welcome. Smoking is totally forbidden inside but if you feel like having a cigarette you may near the trash cans on the right side of the house .No drugs of any kind allowed on the property. No pets allowed either. Ac/ unit on the wall controlled by a white remote .

Brand new house with all things brand new, Its a 4 bedroom 3 full bath home with office space computer and printer provided for your work from home amenity. It had brand new couches upstairs and a big screen TV downstairs, brand new luxury dining set for which pics are not shown (as occupied now) Every thing in our house is brand new including your Dinnerware sets from Mikasa and dining set from Living spaces. It has three sets of couches upstairs and downstairs .
