The lack of life in the downtown has contributed to what felt like a property that was struggling to maintain itself. Few amenities were in the room in terms of soap and shampoo. The room was clean but there was hair in the bathroom. Front desk staffing was limited. The room itself was serviceable but furnishings were dated and one window shade was broken. Finally, there is no elevator in this property which makes it very difficult if you have lots of luggage as we did. It pains me to write this as I know that the property is dealing with some things beyond their control but I need to be honest."
