The bedrooms are spacious, especially the one with the larger bed on the 3rd floor. The bathroom on the 2nd floor is right next to the 2nd floor bedroom. Both bathrooms have enclosed showers; the water pressure is great & there is plenty of hot water. The kitchen met all our needs. The location was perfect; a 10-minute walk to the village restaurants, shops, troglodytes. The BnB is right above the bamboo garden (you get to the BnB by heading through this parking lot) and Bambousaie restaurant, a lovely place to dine (superb duck confit). At Nadine’s son’s restaurant, Las Terrasses, the food was delicious and dining on the shaded terrace overlooking the Dordogne was absolutely delightful. This is a great location for seeing the Dordogne Valley. The furthest we drove was to Pete Merle to the south and Lascaux to the north, and we had plenty to see in between. To find the place initially, we called from the village to get further directions in English. The driveway is steep, but we got our 2-wheel drive rental up it. Otherwise, there was parking right by the driveway entrance."
