- "In town for a surprise birthday party for our brother, siblings stayed here and the house worked well for our group." - "The pictures were nice but the house did not align with the pictures. The exterior was filled with cobwebs, there was no mulch around the landscaping, and the exterior lights did not work. The entry lights (inside the house) also did not work. The towels had been folded up wet and smelled musty. Pillow cases were also wet. The lights in the basement laundry room didn't work so had to use cell phone to see. A partial roll of toilet paper was left in a bathroom with what appeared like blood or feces on it and there was what appeared to be pet urine on the corner of the bed skirts. Sheets also did not fit the bed size so popped off the mattress. The manager was prompt to respond and attempted to send new sheets, towels and toilet paper. However, the products were delivered to the wrong address. I asked to be let out of the stay and my request was denied. "

A beautifully decorated ranch on a large lot with 3 spacious bedrooms that sleeps 6 people, 2.5 baths, living room, dining room, large family room with gas fire place, office, updated kitchen, and lovely patio right off the kitchen and family room for outside dining. The home sits on a corner lot which is just minutes away from downtown Lake Forest shopping, Lakefront Beach, and Metra Train to downtown Chicago. The open floor plan allows you to relax and enjoy the mounted flat screen television from the kitchen or family room. The master bedroom has a sitting area, work space desk and flat screen television. Other flat screen televisions are throughout the house, central air, and wifi. The master bedroom bathroom has double sinks, a separate shower, and huge soaking tub. The entire house is exceptionally clean and extremely well maintained.

If you enjoy biking/jogging, the McClory Bike Path is directly across the street and is a wonderful way to explore the cities along Chicago's North Shore. For the urban explorers, Lake Forest's commuter rail station is less than 1 mile away, offering easy transit to and from Chicago. In this quiet and tranquil part of Lake Forest, which is the perfect distance from the village's downtown, you can experience the best that Lake County has to offer. For those that enjoy cooking at home, a basic kitchen setup, including pots and pans, is available. Moreover, for those visiting for graduation ceremonies or to enjoy events hosted by Lake Forest High School and Lake Forest College, this is an ideal vacation spot. Our backyard will be perfectly set up with 2 large couches, sun umbrella, wood burning pit, bean bag throwing game. The bed sizes for each of the rooms is available in the bedroom description category and pictures for the bedrooms are also included with the photos of the property. Badminton and tennis rackets are also available to visit local courts. The house is not child-proof for small children. We look forward to having you as our guests!

Our charming & relaxing home is modern and has a finished basement equipped with a pool table in the basement, with a foldable ping pong table and 55inch TV that makes it perfect for kids to lounge and have fun. All parts of the house is perfect to lounge and relax in, the space is well decorated with a large open space concept in the dining room and fireplace with a family room.

Equipped with high speed wifi, large 65 inch Roku Smart flat-screen TV (made easy for streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc), heating, AC, washer & dryer plus 1-car garage parking with space for 4 cars to be parked on driveway.

We also have a fully stocked kitchen with blender, coffee, toaster, refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher. All new appliances.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed and there are blinds in every room.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, blinds, and a workspace.

- "We stayed here to attend our son’s Naval Bootcamp graduation. The location was perfect. Close to the Navy base and in a wonderful neighborhood.
