- "Huge house and clean" - "When the out-of-town contingent of my immediate family came for a 10 day visit I wanted a place where all 22 of us (aged 3 mos. to 95) would be comfortable. My mantra is that the best house in which to raise a family is the one nextdoor to the kids with the best swingset. Well, for a weekend, we had all that and more. This was the perfect place to experience the home improvements you thought you might like to invest in: Zip line, fire pit, full on movie theater with massage chairs, stocked kitchen with first-rate appliances, trampoline, hot tub, workout room, pool table, ping pong table and an indoor bounce house. Twelve first cousins ran around like (gosh) kids without admonishments, or tablets! which left the grown-ups time and space to enjoy each other. A perfect way to end the long 2020 Covid-19 isolation."

- "Because this is a rental property through an agency that is utilizing Vrbo to advertise, there was some miscommunication in the beginning, but the agency continued to communicate with me and reached out via phone to clear up the miscommunication. We were able to book successfully and retrieve the check in information all via text. There were no issues once we got to the house. It was extremely clean, beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty stocked, even with spices, several K-Cups, and dishes and cookware. The beds were clean, fresh, and extremely comfortable. There was a hair dryer which I was so thankful for because I forgot mine. There is a restaurant called “Granny’s” at the corner that was DELICIOUS for breakfast and a 7-11 2 blocks up for any quick essentials you need."

If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM. 3. QUIET HOURS are from 11PM-7AM. No gatherings or loud noises outside of the home at any time. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. 4. CAMERA DEVICES: Tampering Or breaking the outside CAMERA in any way, including disabling, covering or blocking will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. 5. ZERO Tolerance Policy For: smoking/vaping inside of the home. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. 6. DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time.

7. EARLY OR LATE CHECKOUTS: On occasions we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out for a fee and by request only. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM, cleaning and sanitation crew already have set appointment times to clean and unauthorized late checkouts may impact the followingbooking.
