Front desk said they were out of tissues. The restaurant was only open at certain hours. Hours were not convenient with our activities. We are in our late 60’s they put us on the 4th floor. They had only one cart to put our luggage and misc. items on. Surprising for such a large hotel. I have not been credited for my security deposit and we left our room very neat, everything left in our room that was in our room when we checked in. We were expecting more convenience and class being the Holiday Inn Hotel."
