As fall brings with it, cooler temperatures, please know that we pulled the dock at the end of September to avoid bitter cold-water temperatures. You can still fish off the rocks on shore, but winter prohibits us from having the dock in the water year-round.

We have been adding updates and special touches over the last year of owning Al's Place and are continuing to improve this charming, little, old home with a unique floor plan right on the lake. Please understand that this property is on the lake which means applicable wildlife live in the area, including mayfly, spiders, stink bugs, mosquitos and lady bugs. We do use ecofriendly deterrents, but they do take advantage of open doors and enter anyways. We do not provide refunds for bugs unless a professional pest control exterminator determines there to be an inside infestation. We try to understand that our local birdlife needs these critters for their survival.

Fresh air is the best air, and we do our best for all our guests. This is a smoke/vape free property, both inside and outside. We ask that you to take a walk off the property to public property when you participate in this activity. Additional cleaning fees will be imposed on you when additional efforts are necessary to prepare for next guest due to smoking of any kind, including vaping, e-cigarettes.

As you walk in to our spacious first floor, no step condo, you are greeted with an airy, fully-furnished, open-concept living space that features a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need from making a fresh morning cup of coffee to a tasty home-cooked meal. The unit comes with a 12-cup coffee maker. The living room is the perfect spot to put your feet up and relax after a long day on the lake. You can flip on the Smart TV, sign in to your streaming account and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. There is a DVD player provided in the condo for guests to use. This condo is a NON-SMOKING, NON-PET unit.

Continue through the condo where you’ll find a private, master bedroom furnished with a king bed, a Smart TV and its own full bathroom. There are 2 more private bedrooms that are each furnished with queen beds. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh bath linens. You can rest assured you’ll have a pleasant and relaxing night’s sleep on quality linens that are fully laundered between each guest, from sheets to blankets to coverlets. The late sleepers will appreciate the black-out curtains in each bedroom as they are perfect for blocking out the morning sun.

Maybe you’ll catch a glimpse of one our resident bald eagles soaring overhead from the water’s edge. Dock space is available and is a perfect place for fishing. There is no cost to rent a dock during your stay. There is a gas grill in the garage for you to use to grill up your favorite meals for you and your friends and family. Later in the evening after you’ve finished grilling, step on over to the shared fire pit area to enjoy a relaxing, lakefront bonfire while roasting marshmallows for s’mores!

With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in. This also applies to any reservation date changes. When booking through Airbnb, the cancellation policy is a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

It’s a great location for boating, fishing, or taking part in one of Celina’s many summer festivals. You will be within minutes of several local restaurants and Celina’s downtown area.

Welcome to Beach Club Escape Unit 304! A beautiful, fun & cozy lakeside condo that is perfect for all!

As you walk in to our spacious second floor condo, from the outdoor staircase, you are greeted with an airy, fully-furnished, open-concept living space that features a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need from making a fresh morning cup of coffee to a tasty home-cooked meal. The unit comes with a 12-cup coffee maker. The living room is the perfect spot to put your feet up and relax after a long day on the lake. You can flip on the Smart TV, sign in to your streaming account and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. There is a DVD player provided in the condo for guests to use. This condo is a NON-SMOKING, NON-PET unit.

Continue through the condo where you’ll find a private, master bedroom furnished with a king bed, a Smart TV and its own full bathroom. There are 2 more private bedrooms that are each furnished with queen beds. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh bath linens. You can rest assured you’ll have a pleasant and relaxing night’s sleep on quality linens that are fully laundered between each guest, from sheets to blankets to coverlets. The late sleepers will appreciate the black-out curtains in each bedroom as they are perfect for blocking out the morning sun.

A washer and dryer are also provided in your unit for your convenience.

As for toiletries, to start your stay, we will provide a few of each, including: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bar soaps, a bottle of dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and make-up remover. For coffee, we will provide 2 premeasured packets (makes 8-10 cups) of regular coffee and 1 premeasured packet of decaf coffee along with filters for the coffee maker.

With a large glass balcony door that opens up right onto the lake from the living room area, you are able to view the sunrise and sunset from your covered balcony. Maybe you’ll catch a glimpse of one our resident bald eagles soaring overhead from the water’s edge. Dock space is available and is a perfect place for fishing. There is no cost to rent a dock during your stay. There is a gas grill in the garage for you to use to grill up your favorite meals for you and your friends and family. Later in the evening after you’ve finished grilling, step on over to the shared fire pit area to enjoy a relaxing, lakefront bonfire while roasting marshmallows for s’mores!

Guests do not need to check in at an office or lobby. They will receive a personal door code that will activate at the time of check-in.

BEDS: This unit sleeps up to 6. Throughout the unit, you will find 3 private bedrooms. The private, master bedroom has a king bed and the other 2 private bedrooms each have a queen bed.

PARKING: There is a detached garage for you to utilize but there is NO inside parking available. Parking out in front of the garage is allowed. There is free, on-site parking in the parking lot for your vehicles. The entrance for unit 304 is up the outdoor stairs that is on the LEFT side of the building.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: At Beach Club Escape, we pride ourselves no only on our superb service but the quality of our units as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in. This also applies to any reservation date changes. When booking through Airbnb, the cancellation policy is a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFO: You will only be charged 50% of your entire reservation amount upon booking (unless your check-in is within 30 days). The final 50% will be auto-charged 30 days prior to check-in.

BOAT RENTALS: Helton Lodge Boat Rentals is located on the West side of the lake at the Boardwalk Marketplace. Helton Lodge offers rentals for pontoon boats, kayaks, paddle boats, golf carts, and more!

BOAT DOCK: Dock space is available at no additional cost. Feel free to bring your own boat to explore Grand Lake!

UPPER DECK GOLF LOUNGE & BAR: Shipyard Sports and Events Center, just 2.5 miles from Beach Club, offers a golf simulator lounge, with 4 awesome bays you can rent out. They also have food and a full service bar.

BLUE GOOSE SHUTTLE: Hop on the Blue Goose and let it shuttle you to all the local events, bars, restaurants, and shopping locations. The Blue Goose travels on a route throughout Celina but it even offers group event rides if you call in advance. Don’t worry about driving anywhere during your stay at Beach Club Escape!

**The stone jetty to the west of our building belongs to Windemere Bay. That is NOT our property. They have posted NO Trespassing signs to let us know our guests are NOT welcome there. If we receive complaints from Windemere Bay, or if we see our guests on their property, we will deduct $125 from your security deposit.**

CHECK OUT TIME IS 11AM. Please vacate the unit on time so our cleaning staff has enough time to prepare for our next guests. Please close all windows and lock all exterior doors. Late departures will be charged $75. Our housekeeping staff has carefully cleaned, stocked and inventoried this unit prior to your arrival. Please help us maintain the inventory by placing items back where they belong so we can keep our level of quality for all guests. If the rules are overlooked or there is excessive cleaning required, extra charges will be added to your reservation.

All dishes should be cleaned AND put away, or put in the dishwasher and the cycle started.

Please empty the refrigerator & EMPTY liquids (like milk, juice, etc.) before disposing containers!

Please place all used towels in the tub or shower of the bathrooms.

Access to the Wi-Fi is provided on the counter in the unit.

Instructions for each TV & DVD player are provided. Feel free to log in to your streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), but please be sure to log out before you check out of the unit.

Your gas grill is located in the detached garage and your 4 digit entry code will open the side garage door.

In case of a power outage, flashlights are provided in the drawer of the white "buffet" cabinet in the dining area.

Our lake cottage sleeps up to 4 comfortably with two bedrooms, a full guest bath and a full master bath. It is a perfect couples or small family retreat!

Enjoy the beautiful channel and charming neighborhood views from the covered porch. A personal dock extends into the channel that provides a scenic winding path to the open waters of Grand Lake. The location is great for fishing and daytime boat docking. It is in proximity to Windy Point State Park, scenic bike path (2 adult bikes included with rental), numerous lake bars/restaurants, bait shop and marina where you can rent a pontoon. Downtown Celina is a short boat ride across the lake with free day dockage available at the city docks and offers unique shopping and dining experiences. World-famous Eldora Speedway is an easy 20-minute drive south (17 miles). Other local attractions include the Bicycle Museum of America (New Bremen, OH – 15 minutes), Armstrong Air & Space Museum (Wapakoneta, OH – 30 minutes), the historic Miami Erie Canal, and The Shrine of the Holy Relics.

From the porch, the backyard is completely fenced in to protect your precious little ones. (We ask that you leave your pets in good care...They are not permitted on our property.) Relax on the large, comfortable porch and rest at night in the comfortable beds with clean linen that is furnished. The washer and dryer is a handy asset and easy to operate.

The cottage is bright, updated décor, comfortable, fully furnished with an equipped, turn-key kitchen that also includes a coffee bar, microwave, range and a full size fridge. The cottage is an open floor plan with laminate flooring through-out. We are always updating the cottage with project updates, new décor or re-arranging furniture for optimal benefit. Amenities:
We provide WI-FI and big-screen smart TV in the living room. The master bedroom and second bedrooms are also equipped with a smart tv's. There is also a supply of books in the book nook and games for your enjoyment. Corn Hole, giant Jenga and Yard Yahtzee are available for outside activity. The cottage is walking or riding distance from one of the local lake restaurants and also a watering hole that provides weekend, evening entertainment. We have provided two bikes and a tandem if you wish to take advantage of the near-by bike path or a cruise through the local campground and landing streets. We also have twin kayaks (and life jackets) for guest enjoyment.

Shipyard Sports & Events Center - which is just 0.6 miles down the road from Boardwalk Village! Enjoy a full dining experience with subs, salads, apps, drinks & plenty of fun. The restaurant overlooks the Sports Fieldhouse, so you can kick back while the kids shoot hoops, play soccer, and more (when leagues and tournaments aren`t in session). Plus, take a swing in our indoor golf simulators!

FITNESS CENTER ACCESS FOB: An amazing fitness experience awaits you at Innergy Fitness, located inside Shipyard Sports and Event Center. By purchasing an access fob add-on at check-out, you`ll get 24/7 access to top of the line cardio + strength equipment, a dry + infrared sauna, and access to their innovative fitness classes! The cost of the access fob add-on is $5 per fob per night of your reservation, so you are able to access the Innergy Fitness facility throughout your entire reservation. BLUE GOOSE SHUTTLE: Hop on the Blue Goose and let it shuttle you to all the local events, bars, restaurants, and shopping locations. An extended stay booking is for short-term, temporary lodging only. No tenancy rights or landlord-tenant relationships are created. This property may not be used as a permanent or primary residence. Guests may not receive mail or packages at this address. Guests must vacate the premises by the end of the reservation. Failure to vacate will result in additional charges, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

**The fourth phase of Boardwalk Village is currently under construction. Construction will begin October 2025 and is expected to be finished Summer 2026. This is taking place on the far South end of the property. Do take this into consideration when booking as there will be construction work going on during this time frame from 8am-4pm during the week. BEDS: This unit sleeps up to 6. On the main floor, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room along with 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed.

PARKING: This townhome comes with 2 parking passes that are provided inside the unit. If they are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75/each to replace. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen. Welcome to Lakeside Serenity! A beautiful, cozy, lakeside cottage that will feel like a home away from home!

As you walk in from the welcoming covered porch, you are greeted with an airy, fully-furnished, open-concept living space that features a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need from making a fresh morning cup of coffee to a tasty home-cooked meal. The living room is the perfect spot to put your feet up and relax after a long day on the lake. You can flip on the Smart TV, sign in to your streaming account and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. We have also provided you with a variety of games that will keep you entertained even on those rainy afternoons! The main level also consists of a private bedroom with a queen bed as well as full bathroom.

Attached to the living room area is a door that leads you to a private, oversized, outdoor patio for you to enjoy all year round!

Head upstairs where you`ll find a spacious loft, perfect for entertaining and furnished with a queen pull out couch so everyone has a place to sleep! Upstairs is where you`ll also find the master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom.

All of the bathrooms are stocked with fresh bath linens. You can also rest assured you`ll have a pleasant and relaxing night’s sleep on quality linens that are fully laundered between each guest, from sheets to blankets and coverlets.

A washer and dryer are also provided in your unit for your convenience.

They are your one-stop-shop to get you around Grand Lake without ever having to get in your car!

Just a few more steps and you`re at Boardwalk Grill! We highly recommend having dinner there at least once. You`ll get to experience fresh food, hand-crafted cocktails and live music...all lakeside!

Guests do not need to check in at an office or lobby. They will receive a personal door code that will activate at the time of check-in. Boardwalk Village guests will have access to both pools, grilling station, outdoor dining area, and green space. Free parking is also available for guests (parking pass(es) provided in each unit).

BEDS: This unit sleeps up to 6. On the main floor, there is a private bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs is where you`ll find the master bedroom with a queen bed along with a queen sleeper sofa in the loft.

PARKING: This house comes with 2 parking passes that are provided inside the unit. There is also an attached one-car garage on the lower level of the house that you can park in. If they are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75/each to replace. No additional parking passes will be given. If additional parking is needed, please contact the host. Parking at BOARDWALK GRILL is prohibited unless you are dining at the restaurant.

POOL: We will provide 6 wristbands in your unit for each guest to access the pool areas. If wristbands are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $50/each to replace. We also provide a key fob that gains you access to the pool when open. You will be able to access both pools with this key fob. Pool access is for staying guests only.

PETS: This unit is NOT pet friendly. However, we do have select units that are pet friendly at Boardwalk Village – Pelican’s Perch, The Captain, 769 TH, 771 TH, Sandlot, Glistening Gem, and Sunny Shores.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: At Boardwalk Village, we pride ourselves not only on our superb service but the quality of our units as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen. If the cost of damages exceeds the $250 security deposit, the additional amount will be charged to the card on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in. This also applies to any reservation date changes. When booking through Airbnb, the cancellation policy is a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFO: You will only be charged 50% of your entire reservation amount upon booking (unless your check-in is within 30 days). The final 50% will be auto-charged 30 days prior to check-in.

BOAT RENTALS: Helton Lodge Boat Rentals is located right here at Boardwalk Village! Helton Lodge offers rentals for pontoon boats, kayaks, paddle boats, golf carts, bicycles and more!

BOAT DOCKS: Dock spaces are available for rent for $25 per each day of your reservation if you are bringing your own boat. If you are renting a boat from Helton Lodge, you do not need to rent a dock as one is already provided.

SUB SHACK: We`ve got two awesome Sub Shack locations! Boardwalk Marketplace - Our seasonal (May 1st-September 30th), weather-based spot serving subs, salads, apps & more. Shipyard Sports & Events Center - which is just 0.6 miles down the road from Boardwalk Village! Enjoy a full dining experience with subs, salads, apps, drinks & plenty of fun. The restaurant overlooks the Sports Fieldhouse, so you can kick back while the kids shoot hoops, play soccer, and more (when leagues and tournaments aren`t in session). Plus, take a swing in our indoor golf simulators!

FITNESS CENTER ACCESS FOB: An amazing fitness experience awaits you at Innergy Fitness, located inside Shipyard Sports and Event Center. By purchasing an access fob add-on at check-out, you`ll get 24/7 access to top of the line cardio + strength equipment, a dry + infrared sauna, and access to their innovative fitness classes! The cost of the access fob add-on is $5 per fob per night of your reservation, so you are able to access the Innergy Fitness facility throughout your entire reservation. If it is not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75 to replace.

BLUE GOOSE SHUTTLE: Hop on the Blue Goose and let it shuttle you to all the local events, bars, restaurants, and shopping locations. The Blue Goose travels on its regular route throughout Celina on weekends from May 1st through September 30th. From October 1st through April 30th, you can call in advance to reserve the Blue Goose. Don’t worry about driving anywhere during your stay at Boardwalk Village!

COCONUT HUT: located in the Boardwalk Marketplace, is open and serving up island vibes, delicious food from the Sub Shack, and tropical drinks, 7 days a week from May 1st -September 30th! It`s a lively, laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere we`ve created for guests and locals alike - and we hope you`ll come check it out!

This beautiful cottage is a part of our Seasonal Rental Program, which means you can rent this cottage out anytime between May 1st - September 30th. This unit is not available for rent October 1st – April 30th.

**The fourth phase of Boardwalk Village is currently under construction. Construction will begin October 2025 and is expected to be finished Summer 2026. This is taking place on the far South end of the property. Do take this into consideration when booking as there will be construction work going on during this time frame from 8am-4pm during the week. The crews will be cognizant of guests staying during this time and will keep noise as minimal as possible while still trying to stay on schedule to completion. Thank you for your understanding!**
