However, lack of communication and very lazy decoration makes for a poor experience. The Good: the hotel sits right on the ocean and the views are just amazing. Breakfast is included in the roo and the cook Koffi makes some great food. The water pressure in both in the bathroom and the shower is really good and the bed is comfy. On the other hand, the WiFi was out where we were staying and we were not given the option to move. Additionally, food is very expensive at the hotel for very small quantity. You are better off ordering off a food delivery app or stepping out to eat. The towels were old and the decorations of the room came across as lazy and just a whole bunch of things that someone put in there. Just a few tweaks could make this place so much better. The power was out on the last day there and no one came to warn us or offer some explanation. "

- "Horrific! Reception did not recognize/receive/accept the hotels.com pre-paid reservation - had to pay again at the hotel and now fighting to get the refund. Dirty and not well maintained. Shower had no curtain (but did have curtain rings). Room curtains did not extend enough to cover the windows - some light would always get in. Bathroom door had a frosted glass pane through which light shone from a light that could not be shut off. Posted breakfast hours were not respected. Most staff responded with stunned looks when asked the simplest thing. None of this could be anticipated from the listing on hotels.com. If this was a super cheap hotel, then the conditions might be understandable, but this one was in the range of ~$100 USD per night! This hotel should be delisted and should not appear as choice when searching for a hotel. Travelers be warned!"
