Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, great conversationalists and caring to a fault. Whilst i stayed a lovely young man had a bad bout of malaria and the staff helped him to the hospital, took him food and sat by him. I was really moved by this. I have worked in this industry for over 20 years and struggle to remember such acumen, professionalism and kindness.
