- "Helpful in arranging airport transfers and tours of the area. Friendly, efficient staff and good restaurant. " - "I had the most wonderful stay at Embassy Suites! The staff were so kind, understanding, and helpful. We held a couple of day long workshops with a small group (5 people) and didn't want to rent an entire conference room. The hotel had some great outdoor spaces where we could hold the meetings, and they were great about adding morning and afternoon teas, and providing lunch at the restaurant. This was a great solution for a small meeting where we just paid for the food and drinks. They even sent staff out to buy extra flip chart paper on our behalf. So kind! Another pleasant surprise was that laundry service was included in the room rate. That was a game changer! The only downside I would mention is that the location is not ideal for meetings other than at the US or EU Embassy. Our trips to meetings with Ministries and out of Monrovia had an extra 15 minutes added on just because our location was a bit remote, but I absolutely plan to stay here again for the staff and the rooms."

- "The team at the Tropicana truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. I want to give a special shout-out to Williams, who, upon hearing that my sister wasn't feeling well, went out of his way to borrow a blood pressure machine from his mother's house so she could monitor her health. Not only that, but he also sourced green coconuts for her, showing genuine care and thoughtfulness. His constant smile and positive attitude made a real difference. Additionally, Titi (I hope I spelled that correctly) at the reception was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially considering our unique situation. Alongside Williams, she worked tirelessly to ensure everything went smoothly. The housekeeping staff were equally wonderful, always cheerful and eager to assist. The restaurant team went above and beyond to accommodate us when we decided to host a dinner for friends. One suggestion would be to have fans installed outside rooms 10, 11 and 12 and in the restaurant and areas around the pool. "
