Take a 15 minute walk downtown and you will find shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, Farmers Market, Manitowoc Library, SS Badger Ferry, The Wisconsin Maritime Museum and The Manitowoc Marina.

Our rental unit is a side by side duplex and was just built in 2018. The unit sleeps 6, has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an attached bathroom suite. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bath adjacent. There are 2 portable twin beds. The master bedroom is quite large and could accommodate the 2 extra beds but feel free to use them where convenient. The Living room has a couch, 3 occasional chairs, and a 40" TV. The dining room has a table for 4 and there is a large kitchen island with 3 barstools. There is a concrete patio in the back with a Weber Grill. This home has an open concept with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for preparing meals at home. We also are inspected annually by the city of Manitowoc and own an operators license for a Rooming House.

Amenities include: central air, wireless internet, cable TV, books, cribbage board, scrabble game, bedding and linens, gas fireplace in LR, kitchen cookware and dishes. There are 2 bikes to use with a lock, as well as a stationary Schwinn Air-dyne bike in the basement. There are 2 yoga mats in the front hall closet with sanitizer spray.
