The Shoreline in Manitowoc, WI is near everything! Just a short walk down the hill and you are on the Mariner's Trail. Walk or bike along the trail and enjoy Lake Michigan at your fingertips. Take a 15 minute walk downtown and you will find shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, Farmers Market, Manitowoc Library, SS Badger Ferry, The Wisconsin Maritime Museum and The Manitowoc Marina.

Our rental unit is a side by side duplex and was just built in 2018. The unit sleeps 6, has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an attached bathroom suite. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bath adjacent. There are 2 portable twin beds. The master bedroom is quite large and could accommodate the 2 extra beds but feel free to use them where convenient. The Living room has a couch, 3 occasional chairs, and a 40" TV. The dining room has a table for 4 and there is a large kitchen island with 3 barstools. There is a concrete patio in the back with a Weber Grill. This home has an open concept with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for preparing meals at home. We also are inspected annually by the city of Manitowoc and own an operators license for a Rooming House.

Amenities include: central air, wireless internet, cable TV, books, cribbage board, scrabble game, bedding and linens, gas fireplace in LR, kitchen cookware and dishes. There are 2 bikes to use with a lock, as well as a stationary Schwinn Air-dyne bike in the basement. There are 2 yoga mats in the front hall closet with sanitizer spray. (porta-crib is available with notice)

Nearby fun: Golf courses are in huge supply in this area including the Championship Whistling Straits is only a 20 min drive away. Lake Michigan provides beaches, charter fishing, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Woodland Dunes Nature Center and Preserve, Maribel Caves, Point Beach State Park, & Silver Creek Park are just a few of the natural attractions. Green Bay, home of America's beloved Green Bay Packers is a 30 min drive to the north. Sheboygan/Kohler is a 30 min drive to the south.

Beautifully remodeled tudor house, featuring a huge king master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom in the upper level. Other 3 queen bedrooms complete the sleeping quarters. Full bathroom in the main level between the queen bedrooms and another half bath in the basement will provide convenience to our guests. The house was conceived with an open concept between the super comfy and charming living area and the fully stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. For those beautiful summer afternoons we have a nicely decorated sunroom with double patio doors that give direct access to the driveway and 2 car garage. In the basement there is a TV room with premium sound system and table games, we also included a massage chair for your pleasure. A spacious and convenient laundry room completes this level of the house.

The home offers an open concept floor plan with plenty of space for all in your group. This is the perfect retreat for family getaways, small groups, close friends & traveling business partners. Bedrooms are separated on different corners/levels of home with bathrooms immediately next to or connected to give everyone privacy when needed.
We take cleaning before guest visits very seriously and all touchable surfaces are disinfected before guests arrive. All floor rugs, toss pillows, and ALL beddings, including mattress pads are machine washed on high temp after each guest checkout. Cleaning supplies are left for guests use. Additional cleaning information can be provided when requested.
Guest will access home with pass code to Garage provided evening before arrival. Attached Garage with parking inside available for two vehicles, and up to a dozen motorcycles (yep-we’ve had guests utilize for that 😃 🏍️) Driveway can accommodate an additional 4 cars easily.

I was sitting in one of chairs with my binoculars trying to identify some of the birds. Two fawns walked in from the left. They stayed for awhile. Recently remodeled house, located in a Cul de sac off from Waldo Blvd, very quiet street, super safe area with lots of attractions nearby. The house has lots of windows that let in natural light. Living area has comfy furnitures, 60 inch smart TV and sound bar, this area open to a fully stocked kitchen, with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plenty of storage space and a coffee station completes this area. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower and even a Bluetooth speaker built in with the light fixture. A Queen bedroom with closet completes the main level. Take the steep stairs and go into the upper level that features a half bath, work station, smart TV in the seating area and 2 twin beds in a spacious bedroom. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. There’s a large fenced backyard and outdoor seating area, fire pit and BBQ for those hot summer days.

However, I sent a message to the host and he seemed legitimate and sincere in explaining the simple mistake that warranted the previous bad review. So, I took a chance and stayed here. It was GREAT! Super clean, seamless check in process, etc. My favorite part was the bonfires in the back and the shower (the shower had a bunch of cool technology including a Bluetooth speaker!)"

A 2nd floor loft located in a quiet neighborhood! 2 beds, 1 bath with laundry and a porch space. Pet and family friendly. Nice sized kitchen with a dining table and great natural light.

Open kitchen and dining room with the living room attached. Bedrooms are off of the dining area. Laundry is in separate room attached to the bathroom.

Guest access
This listing is on the second floor of the building with a staircase to access it. NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE.
There is a door at the top of the stairs to ensure stairs are closed off to children.

Other things to note
The first floor of the building is office suites occupied during normal working hours.

Went to submarine museum and tour, also walked out to lighthouse and out to eat Slept good.
