The Shoreline in Manitowoc, WI is near everything! Just a short walk down the hill and you are on the Mariner's Trail. Walk or bike along the trail and enjoy Lake Michigan at your fingertips. Take a 15 minute walk downtown and you will find shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, Farmers Market, Manitowoc Library, SS Badger Ferry, The Wisconsin Maritime Museum and The Manitowoc Marina.

Our rental unit is a side by side duplex and was just built in 2018. The unit sleeps 6, has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an attached bathroom suite. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bath adjacent. There are 2 portable twin beds. The master bedroom is quite large and could accommodate the 2 extra beds but feel free to use them where convenient. The Living room has a couch, 3 occasional chairs, and a 40" TV. The dining room has a table for 4 and there is a large kitchen island with 3 barstools. There is a concrete patio in the back with a Weber Grill. This home has an open concept with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for preparing meals at home. We also are inspected annually by the city of Manitowoc and own an operators license for a Rooming House.

Amenities include: central air, wireless internet, cable TV, books, cribbage board, scrabble game, bedding and linens, gas fireplace in LR, kitchen cookware and dishes. There are 2 bikes to use with a lock, as well as a stationary Schwinn Air-dyne bike in the basement. There are 2 yoga mats in the front hall closet with sanitizer spray. (porta-crib is available with notice)

Nearby fun: Golf courses are in huge supply in this area including the Championship Whistling Straits is only a 20 min drive away. Lake Michigan provides beaches, charter fishing, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Woodland Dunes Nature Center and Preserve, Maribel Caves, Point Beach State Park, & Silver Creek Park are just a few of the natural attractions. Green Bay, home of America's beloved Green Bay Packers is a 30 min drive to the north. Sheboygan/Kohler is a 30 min drive to the south.

Beautifully remodeled tudor house, featuring a huge king master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom in the upper level. Other 3 queen bedrooms complete the sleeping quarters. Full bathroom in the main level between the queen bedrooms and another half bath in the basement will provide convenience to our guests. The house was conceived with an open concept between the super comfy and charming living area and the fully stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. For those beautiful summer afternoons we have a nicely decorated sunroom with double patio doors that give direct access to the driveway and 2 car garage. In the basement there is a TV room with premium sound system and table games, we also included a massage chair for your pleasure. A spacious and convenient laundry room completes this level of the house.

The home offers an open concept floor plan with plenty of space for all in your group. This is the perfect retreat for family getaways, small groups, close friends & traveling business partners. Bedrooms are separated on different corners/levels of home with bathrooms immediately next to or connected to give everyone privacy when needed.
We take cleaning before guest visits very seriously and all touchable surfaces are disinfected before guests arrive. All floor rugs, toss pillows, and ALL beddings, including mattress pads are machine washed on high temp after each guest checkout. Cleaning supplies are left for guests use. Additional cleaning information can be provided when requested.
Guest will access home with pass code to Garage provided evening before arrival. Attached Garage with parking inside available for two vehicles, and up to a dozen motorcycles (yep-we’ve had guests utilize for that 😃 🏍️) Driveway can accommodate an additional 4 cars easily.

I was sitting in one of chairs with my binoculars trying to identify some of the birds. Two fawns walked in from the left. They stayed for awhile. Recently remodeled house, located in a Cul de sac off from Waldo Blvd, very quiet street, super safe area with lots of attractions nearby. The house has lots of windows that let in natural light. Living area has comfy furnitures, 60 inch smart TV and sound bar, this area open to a fully stocked kitchen, with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plenty of storage space and a coffee station completes this area. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower and even a Bluetooth speaker built in with the light fixture. A Queen bedroom with closet completes the main level. Take the steep stairs and go into the upper level that features a half bath, work station, smart TV in the seating area and 2 twin beds in a spacious bedroom. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. There’s a large fenced backyard and outdoor seating area, fire pit and BBQ for those hot summer days.

- "We have stayed in a couple other properties in Manitowoc and Two Rivers and this was by far the best rental in terms of comfort, amenities and cleanliness. This rental is in the same neighborhood where we grew up. We know the area intimately, as well as many of the people who currently live there and this helped in our decision to book here. This rental's kitchen had many positives: very nice new dishes, a quality blender, a Keurig and pods, nice pans & utensils, good set of knives, a VERY clean refrigerator, and the extras you would hope for like dish soap, sponges, sandwich bags, plastic wrap, as well as some snacks like cereal, popcorn and chips in single servings. This kitchen really came through for us. There were instructions provided for everything, abundant storage for our own stuff (closets, drawers, plenty of hangers), clear signage for the wifi, remotes for opening the garage door (the garage was very clean)... lots of positive things I can comment on. We found we really liked the fireplace in the living room even though it isn't a real one. With the push of a button, we had 'evening ambiance' and it warmed the living room quickly.Although there was only 1 bathroom in the home, it was also very clean and seemed to include everything you could need including a heated & back-lighted mirror, enough towel bars and hooks, and bath towels were plentiful. The glassed-in shower did not include a tub so there was no stepping over the edge of a tub or dealing with a shower curtain. Everything seemed well thought out.The one thing I would comment on are the rather shallow stairs to the 2nd floor. If you are someone who gets up in the night to go to the bathroom and you don't negotiate stairs well, you might want to stay in the bedroom on the 1st floor (there are no windows in that room). Overall, a very nice stay that accommodated our needs."

- "This house is great! Really thoughtfully appointed. Everything were needed was there and the house was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Another thing that was really appreciated was the ramp into the house. I’m not entirely familiar with ADA requirements so I won’t say that it would meet every possible need, but we had expected my dad who had mobility issues. He ended up unable to come, but it was nice to know it would have been there if he had been. Would absolutely stay here again"

This house features ample driveway for 4-5 vehicles and 2 heated garages, back deck with outdoor seating, gas BBQ and a firepit in the backyard. The interior is clean, decluttered, with all LED lighting, open concept kitchen and island with 3 stools that opens into living room and dining area. Kitchenaid appliances, including dishwasher, and granite countertops are sure to exceed your expectations. There is a formal dining room with 5 seating spaces and living room with 65 inch smart TV and comfy reclining seating. A full bathroom with lots of storage, personal shower and laundry complete the main level. Upstairs we offer 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with tub and a personal shower. The king and double bedrooms have both smart TVs and all bedrooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort.

- "Property was just as described. The view from the 3rd story balcony was better than expected, with the boats docked in the marina and Lake Michigan less than 5 minutes away by foot. Within ten minutes walk by foot was the Maritime Museum and submarine USS Cobia. Manitowoc has a rich history in submarine production for WWII, and that was appreciated with family members having served and sacrificed with all branches of military in WWII and up to present day. Within 10 minute drive by car is a small, tidy zoo (with minimal 'human' traffic), two year old grandson loved it, wish we had brought a stroller. Piggly Wiggly is right near the zoo for easy grocery shopping during the stay. A few things we might have brought along had we known to make the visit even more enjoyable. 1) My sons wanted to play video games with the PS4, should have brought our power strip to connect all the accessories, but owner provided extension cord, so we managed. 2) We would have brought more of our own condiments and spices and basics (including salt and pepper and sugar and flour) for cooking, which we did every day, all three meals. But we supplemented at Piggly Wiggly for that. 3) The stroller would have been really nice for all the walking with the toddler down by the marina and then over to downtown by the Maritime Museum. There was a playground only two minutes walk away by the Madison Elementary School which was vacant and available on the weekend, (but was occupied by schoolchildren weekdays). No matter, the zoo also has a nice playground for youngsters. All in all, a very quiet location with view of Lake Michigan."

This cozy upper is immaculately clean and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. All utilities, garbage, wifi, towels, sheets, keyless entry, and fully stocked kitchen included. Laundry and cleaning service available. Unit has a pack and play, booster seat, highchair, kids dinnerware, and sippy cups. Two washers and dryers are located in the basement. Our master suite has a unique air tub, fireplace and a large private porch. We serve a full, three course, homemade breakfast in the morning.

This room is named for Febronia, original owner Anton Chrapikowski’s first wife; they were the last of the toll collectors to live on the property. Tastefully accented with damask window treatments and pillows to complement the 1890 East Lake bedroom set, the room features a queen bed and its own private up-to-date bathroom with walk-in shower. Its large windows overlook the water fountain in the front yard.

Toll House Bed & Breakfast has a large driveway to park your vehicle off of the street. Please angle park to the left in front of one the three hitching posts. This allows the guests to enter and exit without difficulty. Check in is between 3 and 6:00 p.m.

The top floor contains our full service bar and the main parlor where guests can enjoy one of our specialty drinks, play pool on our leopard table, enjoy a board game, or watch a movie on our big screen TV. Reservations are required for the bar and it is open to the public on Friday and Saturdays from 5pm-10pm. The 3 guest rooms and separate bathroom is located on the east wing of the second floor, and the gift shop is on the main floor. There are many steps in the building and unfortunately we are not handicap accessible.

Other things to note
Our building is know for it's paranormal activity. We invite you to investigate if you have your own equipment, and if not, our paranormal team can accommodate a group for a fee with a reservation. We also offer an interactive theatrical night for a fee, where our creatures lurk throughout the night which insures an unrestful night sleep. Our Dead & Breakfast has had the pleasure of hosting numerous celebrities including Butch Patrick (Eddie Munster), Ross Marquand (Aaron of the Walking Dead), Miko Hughes(Gage of Pet Sematary), Douglas Tait(Halloween Kills), and Irish singer Daniel O'Donnell.
