Our rental unit is a side by side duplex and was just built in 2018. The unit sleeps 6, has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an attached bathroom suite. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bath adjacent. There are 2 portable twin beds. The master bedroom is quite large and could accommodate the 2 extra beds but feel free to use them where convenient. The Living room has a couch, 3 occasional chairs, and a 40" TV. The dining room has a table for 4 and there is a large kitchen island with 3 barstools. There is a concrete patio in the back with a Weber Grill. This home has an open concept with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for preparing meals at home. We also are inspected annually by the city of Manitowoc and own an operators license for a Rooming House.

Amenities include: central air, wireless internet, cable TV, books, cribbage board, scrabble game, bedding and linens, gas fireplace in LR, kitchen cookware and dishes. There are 2 bikes to use with a lock, as well as a stationary Schwinn Air-dyne bike in the basement. There are 2 yoga mats in the front hall closet with sanitizer spray. The Chalet will be yours and yours alone. There will not be any other guests on the property. Nobody will have access to the Chalet other than you during the duration of your stay.

Antique shops, art galleries, boutiques, golf, restaurants, taverns, local breweries, farmer’s markets, festivals throughout the year…we have it all in this area! And, if you want to explore further, Kohler and Sheboygan are only a 20-minute drive away.

This recently purchased 30 year old country cottage has been fully renovated and is available specifically for vacation rental use. The home is nestled on a peaceful lake just outside of town, surrounded by mature pines and seasonal cabins. It’s one of only a few short-term rentals in the area—most neighboring homes are owned by families who have enjoyed the lake for generations.

A car is suggested for exploring the area, but Uber and Lyft are available. On-site parking is available, and downtown is only a short drive away.

The grill is located on the small cement pad at the front of the house, and grill utensils are in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is stored in the shed. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

The space
Room perfect for longer term stays.

The large room looks out to the perennial garden and has a rocker and easy chair to settle into. Old fashioned wooden desk is spacious with drawers The first floor is available for you to use (sitting room, garden room, kitchen).

This cute bungalow is owned/occupied by visual artist/therapeutic massage therapist whose art studio is the living room. Art work is everywhere. The bathroom serves as a gallery of friends' artwork.

Massage Therapy studio occupies room on 1st floor with clients seen only during the day. If you want a session please let me know. Note: a client may need to use the bathroom during a session. This is a rare occurrence.

House is clean and comfortable and owner easy going. Two friendly rescue cats in residence so no pets please.

Guests have access to house (except owner's private area in basement).

Garden room is really nice to sit and have A.M. coffee or P.M. glass of wine/ beer in summer Or better yet walk 2 short blocks and sit at the bench overlooking the lake at sunset or sunrise.

A picnic basket and beach chairs is available.

During your stay
Schedule of owner is varied bu is accessible in person a good portion of the time or by phone at all times.

Can recommend many good places to visit, eat, etc. or explore on your own.

In addition to being an artist I am a therapeutic massage therapist and see clients in another room of the house. Please note: A client may need to use the bathroom during a session.

The space
This is a cute and cozy single bedroom overlooking the backyard. The walls are knotty Pine wood, floor is carpeted and because there is a large double window, there is a lot of light. There are black-out curtains on these windows. Next door to this room is the bathroom/shower.
There is a very large closet next to this room to hang clothes, etc. Furniture includes a deskchair, rocking chair, 3 drawer dresser, mirror and lamps. I would call this cozy place quaint:).

Our guests rooms (there are 3 total) are upstairs. Access is climbing 11 steps, a landing and finish with 2 more steps. There is a railing and it's easy!
This bedroom is the 2nd door on the left side.

Upper duplex with view of the East Twin River. Perfect location for experiencing all that Two Rivers has to offer. Located only a block from downtown, one mile from the Neshotah beach, walkable to breweries, breakfast places, book stores, grocery stores, an arcade, Sepia chapel, and more! We are 16 mins from the power plant, 5 mins from Point Beach State Park and 47 mins from Lambeau Field. This apartment is pet friendly, but please let us know if a furry friend is visiting.

This is a fully furnished upper apartment. There is one bedroom with a queen size mattress, extra bedding, and a large closet. There is a also a full size futon in the living room for sleeping accommodations. The fully equipped kitchen has a large pantry with plenty of storage.

We have a 1947 Cape Cod, lannon stone home, in a quiet neighborhood. We are 1/4 mile from Lake Michigan. We are located an easy 5 mile drive to Whistling Straits golf course, host to a number of PGA events.
The upstairs of our home features knotty pine walls as well as hardwood floors.
We are Christians and so our faith and family are important to us. We love living here!

The space
Bedroom 3 provides a double bed along with seating within the room. This bedroom will fit 2 persons. The bathroom is adjacent to bedroom 3. If we have other guests, we communicate with the parties to verify if there might be any issues with sharing a bathroom. The bathroom does have an interior lock that may be used when it is in use.

Guest access
Bedroom 3 is on the second floor of our home at the end of the hall. It is the second door on the right side of the upstairs hall. The bathroom is immediately across from bedroom 3 on the left side of the hall.

Other things to note
We have a "ragdoll" male cat named Wilbur. He is social and may interact with our guests. If that would be an issue, we would be able to confine him, upon request.
