This house is in a fantastic location, just one block from the heart of town, can walk to everything! (festivals in the park, Bridge St. shops, marina, Oleson's Supermarket, movie theater, farmer's market, mushroom houses, splash pad, park, music concerts, local beaches, drawbridge-lighthouse, bars and restaurants). It is also minutes to Castle Farms and many of Charlevoix's local wedding/function venues.

This home is newly renovated, very clean, in a quiet, private neighborhood, and has all the amenities you should need for your stay, including air conditioning. The main living space is a great spot to hang out, featuring a kitchen with an island. This area is open to the living. Dining at island or in garden.

It is 1/2 blocks away from Bridge St yet there is no road noise or busy traffic! It is a short walk or bike ride to Charlevoix's great beaches, such as Lake Michigan Beach, Lake Michigan beach access via Antrim St & Ferry Beach.

This studio is located on the north side of Charlevoix where you can be on Lake Michigan beach with a 5-minute walk. The studio provides central air and heat if needed as well as large ceiling fans. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress for your comfort. There is a kitchenette that provides seating for 4, a microwave, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, and refrigerator. The living room area has a full sofa and a chair in-a-half with ottoman; the chair in-a-half folds out to a full bed. There is WIFI, Spectrum TV, a 55" Samsung flat screen TV run with Roku.

You are welcome to bring and park your camper or boat in the large driveway for your convenience. You'll love the new remodel from top to bottom with two full bathrooms and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a master bath with a large walk-in shower, king bed, double closets and a 44 inch smart, flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds with individual nightstands and a large closet. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and completely stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. The living room is an open concept to the kitchen. The bar seats four and we also have a small drop leaf table that will seat two. The living room has a new pullout sofa with an air mattress attached for added comfort, two new recliners and a 44 inch flat screen, smart TV. We have a laundry area with a new stacked washer and dryer. There is a small sitting area in front of the house. In the backyard, we have a small deck with a patio set, porch lights, gas grill and a fire pit with fireside chairs. We also offer bikes and beach towels. Our home has cable, WIFI, central air and heat. We are located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood six blocks from downtown and 3.7 miles to the Castle. I am sorry! We do not allow pets.

There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped.
The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking. Please note that the pool and sauna are not onsite! There is a community pool within walking distance that is pay per use.

Kids can have their own TV, gaming and recreation area down in the lower walk out level (including comfortable sleeping accommodations) while parents can enjoy time upstairs which includes the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, main bathroom, dining area and balcony.

Note: We have one security camera that looks out to the driveway and walkway to the front door. While guests occupy the property, it is only in used during departure days and arrival days to help monitor logistics. Nothing is archived. No other cameras exist in the house or side and back yards.

The space
This space is on the first floor of our B&B. It is connected to the main living room area. It has a recently refinished clawfoot tub for soaking. Era appropriate new furniture appoints this room that is sure to delight. Bed is a queen and WIFI on-site.

The space
***NOTE: This site is located in our front yard in in a patch of pine trees in front of our house (see pictures), but we do not go out front while guests are present and you won’t be bothered. You may see us drive down the driveway some, but that’s it.
- The 30-Amp RV camp site is located in the country (but on US-31) just south of Charlevoix. It has water & 30-Amp electric. Your hookup site is halfway down the driveway to the right in the patch of trees. This site includes a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit. Again, this site is located in a small pine tree area in front of our house, but we don’t bother you while you stay unless you request to talk to us. No public bathrooms available. However, we are always here to answer any of your questions. :)

Guest access
When you enter the property, drive all the way to the house and drive around the big circle to the right that will take you in front of the house (between the house and the trees) and returns back to the long driveway. Then, you will be able to comfortably back your RV into the site near the electric and water hook ups.
**If it’s easier for you to just pull straight in, you may do that also. Whatever works best for you.

Access around the property is limited to the wooded area of trees near your RV site (including the picnic area and fire pit).

- Pets MUST be on a leash or in a kennel when outside.

One-bedroom apartment in a quiet country setting Just minutes from Petoskey, Charlevoix and Boyne city. the apartment is just over 500 square feet and is attached to the home which is occupied by the owner and his dog(Rolle). the apartment has its own private entrance on the side of the House between the house and the garage. (The Entrance is on the house NOT the Garage) the apartment is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door . Come and enjoy what Northern Michigan has to offer.

one bedroom with Queen size bed the living area also doubles as the dining. the bathroom is a full bath with tub and shower. the kitchen is very small but has a microwave single sink a two-burner propane cook top small refrigerator and a washer and dryer.

The door you will be using for your stay is located on the side of the House between the house and the garage, (The Entrance Is NOT the Door on the side of the Garage)access beyond the door at the end of the hallway is not allowed.

Other things to note
I am allowing 1 dog, no cats. the pet must be supervised at all times and cannot be left here alone, and you MUST clean up after your Dog. We ask that you Please clean all the dishes and put them away and put the bed sheets pillowcases and used towels, hand towels and wash cloths in the washing machine and start the load. Feel free to use the grill and the 16" smokeless fire pit during your stay. one last Note: this place is out in the country! The distance to Charlevoix is 8.9 miles, Petoskey is 9.7 miles, and Boyne City is 13 miles. If you are looking for an in-town location, this place may not be for you.
