This house is in a fantastic location, just one block from the heart of town, can walk to everything! (festivals in the park, Bridge St. shops, marina, Oleson's Supermarket, movie theater, farmer's market, mushroom houses, splash pad, park, music concerts, local beaches, drawbridge-lighthouse, bars and restaurants). It is also minutes to Castle Farms and many of Charlevoix's local wedding/function venues.

This home is newly renovated, very clean, in a quiet, private neighborhood, and has all the amenities you should need for your stay, including air conditioning. The main living space is a great spot to hang out, featuring a kitchen with an island. This area is open to the living. Dining at island or in garden.

This studio is located on the north side of Charlevoix where you can be on Lake Michigan beach with a 5-minute walk. The studio provides central air and heat if needed as well as large ceiling fans. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress for your comfort. There is a kitchenette that provides seating for 4, a microwave, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, and refrigerator. Our Summerhouse Condo is located within the Charlevoix Country Club overlooking the first fairway. Our condo includes over 1200 square feet in an easily accessible lower unit (no stairs), central air, and fireplace. The condo includes a fully furnished kitchen and well-supplied bathrooms. The living room opens to a walkout patio overlooking the first fairway with seating. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a sliding door to the outside patio while the spacious second bedroom includes two full-size beds, full bathroom, and kitchenette. WIFI and smart TV and/or Roku for streaming on the living room and second bedroom TV are included for your enjoyment. Additional condo features include a full-size washer and dryer in the utility room and a one car garage.

Cutting right across the front of the CCC property is the Little Traverse Wheelway. This 29 mile long paved path runs from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs and is great for bikers, joggers, hikers and skaters.

Mcsauba and the sand dunes of Lake Michigan, Ferry Beach, Depot Beach and Lake Michigan Beach and the downtown light house and pier.

COME AND SEE OUR BEAUTIFUL FALL COLORS! 1000 Square foot modern cottage. We just finished a complete remodel and addition. We offer a two bedroom, two bath home. The master bedroom has a master bath with a large walk-in shower, king bed, double closets and a 44 inch smart, flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds with individual nightstands and a large closet. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and completely stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. The living room is an open concept to the kitchen. The bar seats four and we also have a small drop leaf table that will seat two. The living room has a new pullout sofa with an air mattress attached for added comfort, two new recliners and a 44 inch flat screen, smart TV. We have a laundry area with a new stacked washer and dryer. There is a small sitting area in front of the house. In the backyard, we have a small deck with a patio set, porch lights, gas grill and a fire pit with fireside chairs. We also offer bikes and beach towels. Our home has cable, WIFI, central air and heat. We are located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood six blocks from downtown and 3.7 miles to the Castle. I am sorry! We do not allow pets.

Newly constructed, two bedroom, one and a half bath apartment. Located inside a working horse barn. The 1890s farm sits overlooking Lake Charlevoix, and is conveniently located within a 10 mile radius of Boyne City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. No matter the season there are always activities to participate in. From beaches, to boating, to shopping, to dining, to skiing, sledding, and snowmobiling. Although this farm holds its 1890s charm, the finishing touches are being put on this brand new apartment. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom with a double bed, full bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of storage. All brand new linens, towels and bed coverings are provided. The working kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven, even a Keurig for your morning coffee.
